FBU (FLUSH-BY UNIT) The Flush-By Unit ( FBU) is designed for shallow to medium depth horizontal and vertical oil wells along steam injector wells, with absolute considerations for extreme operating conditions. The FBU, is a standalone unit that has been specifically designed to be the first diagnostic piece of well servicing equipment to reach the wellsite. It is a self-sufficient unit with a small footprint that is easily mobilized with a quick response. The standard FBU comes fitted with a 50 Mast and hoist rated for 50,000 Lbs, 50 BBl fluid tank for work over fluids, positive displacement triplex pump capable of pumping up to 6 BBl/min @ 3,000 Psi, or can be specially designed to fit our client s needs. All of our units come equipped with standard rod tongs, and sucker rod BOP, along with all of the fishing tools needed for conventional rod string applications. As well as all the required tools for the handling of conventional rods and bottom hole pumps. The FBU is a versatile piece of equipment that can be used to repair, and restore wells with lost production as well as assist in the completion of new wells allowing for cost savings, increased production and faster turnaround times. The FBU is one of the best investigative and diagnostic tools that can be utilized in early detection and prevention of down hole issues, allowing for early repairs. Our units are designed with safety as a number one priority with many fail safe systems built into the design to insure that all operating parameters are met prior to any job being started. Some of the services that can be completed with this unique specialized rig are: New well completions Pull, pickup, and run conventional sucker rod Install sinker bars Space out rod strings Stroke testing Quick down hole pump changes of PCP and or reciprocating pumps Perform sucker rod fishing jobs Reactive flushing of tubing or casing Proactive production flushes Corrosion inhibitor displacement and chemical stimulations Pressure testing Stuffing box and polish rod changes Other surface equipment maintenance Investigative/diagnostic tool Run various tools in or out of tubing such as punches, plugs, and various down hole tools Killing Wells
RSR (RAPID SERVICE RIG) The Rapid Service Rig is designed for shallow to medium depth horizontal and vertical oil wells and steam injector wells, with absolute considerations for extreme operating conditions. The RSR, is a standalone Rapid Service Rig that is self-sufficient with a small footprint and a rapid response time. The standard RSR comes fitted with a 65 mast and hoist rated for 65,000 Lbs, 60 BBl fluid tank for work over fluids, positive displacement triplex pump capable of pumping up to 6 BBl/min @ 3,000 Psi, X-cellerator with a speed of up to 120 feet per min at 30,000 lbs, rod tongs, BOP, and fishing tools for all sizes of conventional rod, and continuous rod. Along with all the required tools for handling of conventional rod or continuous rod. The RSR is a versatile piece of equipment that can be used to repair, and restore wells with lost production as well as assist in the completion of new wells allowing for cost savings, increased production and faster turnaround times. The RSR is designed with safety as a number one priority with many fail safe systems built into the design to insure that all operating parameters are met prior to any job being started. Some of the services that can be completed with this unique specialized rig are: New well completions Pull, pickup, and run conventional sucker rod Run and pull coiled sucker rod and all associated equipment as well as repair with the state-of-the-art Fireblade Welder Install sinker bars Space out rod strings Stroke testing Quick down hole pump changes of PCP and or reciprocating pumps Perform sucker rod fishing jobs Reactive flushing of tubing or casing Proactive production flushes Corrosion inhibitor displacement Pressure testing Stuffing box and polish rod changes Other surface equipment maintenance Investigative/diagnostic tool Run various tools in or out of tubing such as punches, plugs Run custom lengths of continuous rods, along with weld splices, and pin ends to customer specifications with the Fireblade Welder
