Conventional parasitic surface coolers on outer wall bypass duct Rear Fan Case Oil to Air Surface Coolers Proposed surface cooler on inner wall of bypass duct, within a new composite structure Starboard Core Fairing replaced with Surface Cooler Mount Composite Structure 3 years 2.1 M costs ( 1.14 M EU )
