Power control switch: It used to open or close the control power of electrical box (Note: this switch only close control circuit power supply). 2. Power indicator: It indicate the control box in power supply state. 3. Fan switch: It used to open or close fan power of cutting machine. 4. Touch screen: Display and set about slitting data of cutting machine (specific operation method detailed in later page). 5.6.7. Tension ammeter: Show the electrical current of magnetic powder clutch with up &down winding and rewinding respectively.

Rewinding tension reset: When rewinding scroll finish rewinding one time, need to change material and rewinding again, press this switch can make roll diameter and tension reset. After reset, roll diameter of rewinding scroll is equal to initial roll diameter, tension output of rewinding scroll is equal to initial tension. 9. Winding tension reset: When winding scroll finish winding one time, need to change material and winding again, press this switch can make roll diameter and tension reset. After reset, roll diameter of winding scroll is equal to initial roll diameter, tension output of winding scroll is equal to initial tension. 10. Inching: Press this button can make cutting machine work in run speed, loosen button namely stop. 11. Constant speed: Cutting machine work in running condition, press this button, speed will automatic accelerated to the set constant speed. If in process of automatic constant speed, press acceleration or deceleration button will be cancelled automatic constant speed, and will remain in the current speed. 12.13. Acceleration, deceleration button: When cutting machine works at the mode of running or constant speed, press acceleration or deceleration button can manual control cutting machine speed. 14. Running button: Press this button, host motor of cutting machine will run according to the set running speed.(parameter is in item of setting system parameter) 15.Stop button: Cutting machine work in running or constant speed condition, press this button can make the machine stop running. Current length: Display cumulative length of the material when the cutting machine working. press length cleared key at lower right can eliminate the length data. 2. Current speed: Display the current working speed of cutting machine(m/min). 3. Roll diameter of up & down winding and rewinding: These three data respectively show the material roll diameter of winding & rewinding scroll. 4. Working condition: Display system current working status, such as running, stop and other information. 5. Up & Down winding and rewinding tension: Display current tension output size of winding and rewinding, meanwhile press acceleration or deceleration button can adjust the tension output size. 6. Parameter setting: Screen toggle key. Press this key, the system will shift to parameter setting screen. 7. Photoelectric rectification: Screen toggle key. Press this key, the system will shift to rectification control screen. 8. Length reset: Press this key can eliminate the current working length. 4-2. Setting length: When the cutting machine running and working length close to this data, will automatic slow down and arrive this data to stop work. When this data equal zero, it will not automatic stop. 2. Automatic constant speed: When the user adopt constant speed working mode, working speed of the cutting machine equal to the setting speed. 3. Material thickness: It is the current cutting material thickness, material thickness input require very accurate, because the error will lead the calculation result of

System parameter: Screen toggle key. Press this key, the system will shift to the system parameter setting screen. 5. Up winding, Down winding, Rewinding: Screen toggle key, press these three key, system will turn to parameter setting screen of up&down winding and rewinding respectively. 6. Return: Screen toggle key. Press this key, the system will return to upper screen.! Enter the system parameter setting screen should input password 12345. 4-3. Running speed: It is working speed when the cutting machine at running status. 2. Tension compensation: Cutting machine running from low to most high speed, tension will decrease. Set this data can be compensated. 3. Principal axis perimeter: It is perimeter of cutting machine traction axis. Operation calculate measuring length, working speed and roll diameter of cutting machine control system according to this parameter as the benchmark. So input this parameter accurately. 4. Acceleration & Deceleration time: It used to control acceleration & deceleration speed of cutting machine.

Starting roll diameter: It is the roll diameter size of winding roller when cutting machine begin to winding after winding roller each roll-changing. Press winding tension reset button can realize roll-changing. After roll-changing, roll diameter of winding roller will begin to work from starting roll diameter. Meanwhile tension output also will reset to the starting tension. 2. Maximum roll diameter: It is the maximum winding roll diameter of up winding roller. When winding roller diameter arrive this diameter, tension output also will output to the maximum tension correspondingly. 3. Starting tension and maximum tension: This two data are corresponding to the starting roll diameter and maximum roll diameter. When winding roller diameter change from small to large, tension output also will change from starting to maximum tension. So reasonable setting this two data can realize the precise winding tension taper control. 4. Tension output: Tension output switch. 4-5. Down winding setting screen: Down winding setting method is the same principle as up winding. 4-6. Rewinding tension setting screen: Rewinding setting method is the same principle as winding, but roll diameter of winding is changed from small to large, and that roll diameter of rewinding is changed from large to small.

Photoelectric rectification setting screen: Photoelectric rectification setting screen Manual Bright Single Delay Return 1. : Rectify left limit and right limit show, this indicator light shows the rectify running to the limit. 2. : Rectify motor turn forward or turn inverted show. 3. : Inching button, press this two button correspondingly, rectify motor will turn forward or turn inverted to run. 4. Manual/ Auto select switch: Choose photoelectric rectification work model. Manual, rectify motor running by inching button control. Automatic, rectify motor running by photo-sensor control. 5. Bright/ Dark: Choose the polarity of photoelectric rectify sensor. Choose sensor in the light color to make rectify motor action. Or choose sensor in the deep color to make rectify motor action. 6. Single/ Double: Choose photoelectric rectification use one sensor or two sensors. Usually Single sensor is used to track printing line or material keep side track. Rectify delay: Adjust this data can change response speed when rectification work. The greater data, the faster rectify response speed. Five. Operation 1.Run: Before press run button, please confirm the spindle nip roll whether it has been pressed down. After confirmation and then press run button, right now main motor will begin to turn as setting running speed. And then send out cutting material, winding shaft begin to take-up. 2. Constant speed: Press constant speed button, Cutting machine auto raising speed to the value of setting constant speed according to the setting accelerating time. If in the auto raising speed process and find problem should stop raising speed, you can press acceleration or deceleration button, cutting machine will keep to turn as current speed. Clearing of fault and want to continue auto raising speed, you can press constant speed button again. 3. Acceleration: When cutting machine in operation, press acceleration button can manual acceleration. 4. Deceleration: When cutting machine in operation, press deceleration button can manual deceleration. 5. Stop: When cutting machine in operation or at state of constant speed, press stop button can make the machine stop to turn. 6. Tension reset: When winding or rewinding shaft of cutting machine finish wind& rewind and also change roll one time, right now you should press tension reset. button to reset roll diameter.
