Environmental Visual Audit An Environmental Visual Audit (EVA) is intended to produce detailed Community intelligence to support both crime reduction and deliver other improvements to quality of life issues via partnership working. EVA forms can be completed by individuals or groups (a Neighbourhood Watch, for example) and may be accompanied by photos to provide further information or detail. Your observations should be conducted within the area bordered by the red line..however.common sense must always prevail and serious problems observed as you walk into or drive into your target area should not be ignored and can be recorded on this form. Business The Riflemans Garage is located at the corner of Vulcan Road / Salthouse Road Part B Social Disorder Litter associated with anti social behaviour (i.e. broken glass and drug paraphernalia) Vulcan Road and Brathay Crescent appeared very clean and free of rubbish/litter. The play park area had a very small amount of rubbish. The rear of Raglan Court in the seating area was littered with empty beer bottles, broken glass, empty beer tins, silver foil used for drugs located in the bushes. A number of residents spoke to us in relation to this area. Due to the state of the seating area, ity is not used by the community but by young people during the evenings and nights and is a local hot spot for ASB.
