General Cargo Tariff 1-D SECTION THREE- WHARFAGE, UNLOADING AND LOADING RATES NOTE: The Alabama State Docks at the Port of Mobile may enter into contracts in writing with shippers, receivers, or carriers providing rates for storage and services other than as provided herein. Further, separate wharfage, and handling rates, terms and conditions may be negotiated on request from other parties for large volume movements through the General Cargo and Intermodal facilities.
