An internal pressure relief valve provides high-pressure protection to the refrigerant system. For improved serviceability, all models are equipped with a compressor terminal plug. FAN MOTOR: Condensing unit with the totally enclosed ball bearing fan motor and permanent split capacitor type motor designed for optimum efficiency providing greater reliability under adverse conditions and dependable performance for many years under extreme outdoor conditions DESCRIPTION: The top discharge outdoor unit is part of 13SEER split system compatible with R410a refrigerant. The system can operate stably at hard outdoor ambient up to 54 C Temperature. Durable Anti-rust, painted galvanized steel cabinet, 2000-hour salt spray tested. Compact designs, small footprints. Grille/motor mounts help quiet fan operation. CABINET: A weather protective cabinet of preprinted steel is protected underneath by a galvanized coating and treated with a layer of zinc phosphate for a finish that will last for many years. A narrow spaced coil grille is factory supplied for improved coil protection. HIGH EFFECIENCY COILS: The high efficiency coil is constructed from copper tube and Aluminum fins, which are pre--coated on both sides with a corrosion protective coating, capable of 1000 hr salt spray exposure per ASTM B117 test. The copper tube, coated aluminum fin coil is designed for optimum heat transfer and corrosion protection. ENVIRONMENTLY REFRIGERANT: The MOV uses environmentally friendly R410a refrigerant. SERVICE VALVES: Service valves are provided on both the liquid and vapor sweat connection for ease installation, evacuation and charging of the system. EASY SERVICE ACCESS: All the units components have an easy access for service and maintenance 1

HORIZENTAL SLIM INDOOR UNITS R410a SPLIT SYSTEM 1.5 to 5.0 NOMINAL TONS DESCRIPTION: The indoor ducted horizontal ceiling suspended, indoor fan coil unit is part of 13SEER split system compatible with R410a refrigerant. Durable Anti-rust galvanized steel cabinet, 2000- hour salt spray tested. Compact designs, small footprints. Motor mounts help quiet fan operation. CABINET: Units casing is constructed from high gauge zinc coated galvanized steel for maximum corrosion protection. The units casing is provided with foil faced, thermal and acoustical insulation to prevent unit sweating, and to attenuate fan noise. HIGH EFFECIECNY COILS: Coils are rated in accordance with AHRI - 410 standards. Coils are factory tested for leakage at 400 psig air pressure with coil submerge in water Standard coils are manufactured from seamless copper tubes mechanically bonded to high efficiency corrugated Aluminum fins. Coils with Aluminum blue fins.the blue fins are preventing mold build-up and increasing the coil and fin life expectancy and indoor air quality (IAQ) DRAIN PAN: Primary insulated condensate drain pans cover entire length and width of coil till the headers; fabricated from heavy gauge zinc coated steel for corrosion resistance, FEATURES AND BENEFITS FAN MOTOR: Centrifugal type fans, housings constructed of galvanized steel for corrosion resistance. Fan wheels forward curved double-width; inside double-inlet, The Fan(s) shall be statically and dynamically balanced to ensure quiet and smooth operation. Fan motors shall be high efficiency split-capacitor type, permanently lubricated sleeve bearing and with 3 speeds taps, 220/240v, single phase. The fan motor(s) shall be equipped with integral automatic reset thermal overload protection. FILTERS: Units are provided with standard flat synthetic or aluminum washable filter, housed in aluminum frame, easy to remove and install. ELECTRICAL: Units shall be furnished with single point power connection. Provide an electrical junction box with terminal strip for motor and other electrical terminations, all internal wiring shall be in flexible conduit. The factory-mounted terminal-wiring strip consists of a multiple position screw terminal block to facilitate wiring terminations for the electric control valves and thermostats. Insulation and adhesive shall meet NFPA 90A requirements for flame spread and smoke generation. All equipment wiring shall comply with NEC requirements EASY SERVICE ACCESS: All the units components have an easy access for service and maintenance 2

TYPICAL INSTALLATION GUIDE Interconnecting Tubing The mentioned piping size and capacities are based the refrigerant piping equivalent length between indoor unit and outdoor unit is 25 ft. For optimum system performance, the maximum length of interconnecting line is 100 feet Refer to Line Size Information in above Table or other engineering guides for correct size and multipliers to be used to determine capacity for various suction line diameters and lengths of run. The factory refrigerant charge in the outdoor unit is sufficient for 15 feet of standard size interconnecting liquid line.
