HIGH LEVEL OF OPERATOR COMFORT ON THE OPERATOR S PLATFORM Additional equipment features such as the protective canopy, stand-up seat or hoisting crane for the curing compound tanks enhance the machine s productivity. ERGONOMIC DESIGN AND EASE OF OPERATION Ease of operation and ergonomically designed controls improve operator performance, thus increasing the productivity of the overall machine. AUTOMATIC ADJUSTMENT OF CENTRAL CROWN When changing the central crown, automatic adjustment of the components involved enables the operation to continue quickly and precisely without requiring additional operator intervention. ADDITIONAL CONTROL CONSOLES Separate control consoles allowing flexible mounting can be used to control the longitudinal or transverse texturing features and hydraulic telescoping of the machine frame, thus optimizing the entire process. The control console for service and diagnostic features enables specific diagnostic procedures to be performed. ADDITIONAL CONTROL CONSOLES ELECTROHYDRAULIC ADJUSTMENT FEATURES All adjustment features offer electrohydraulic control and can be operated quickly and easily via the pertinent control consoles. RELIABLE SCANNING METHODS Transducers at the stringline or slab tracers on the previously paved concrete slab are tried-and-tested levelling methods. SCANNING VIA ULTRASONIC SENSOR Stringless concrete paving - using, for example, 3D control - enables the previously paved concrete surface to be scanned by ultrasonic sensors to optimize the curing process. HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT FEATURING PROPORTIONAL CONTROL Height adjustment featuring proportional control guarantees full compliance with the specified machine height. RELIABLE SCANNING METHODS PRECISION AND MANEUVERABILITY The innovative skid steering system ensures highest steering precision in operation, while the patented transport steering system ensures optimum maneuverability during transport. OPTIMIZED TRANSVERSE BROOM FINISH AND SPRAYING FEATURE The transverse carriage guide has been improved to achieve more precise broom finish or spraying results. MOUNTING RAIL FOR BURLAP OR ARTIFICIAL TURF A mounting rail for burlap or artificial turf enables the production of a surface texture offering excellent skid resistance. POLY ROLL UNWINDER A mounting fixture enabling a protective film to be unwound across the full width of the freshly paved concrete surface protects against damage caused by heavy rain. MOUNTING RAIL FOR BURLAP OR ARTIFICIAL TURF LATERAL BROOM-CLEANING UNIT A lateral cleaning unit removes any slurry build-ups at the broom when applying a transverse broom finish. NEW DIAGONAL BROOM FINISH AND SPRAYING FEATURE The texture curing machine is capable of applying a diagonal broom finish and spraying diagonal to the concrete slab in a single operation. NEW MEANDER SPRAYING FEATURE During continuous forward travel, the texture curing machine is capable of spraying the entire concrete slab evenly in transverse direction. In addition, the meander spraying feature enables the production of exposed aggregate concrete, which is quite common in Europe. MINOR MODIFICATION EFFORT REQUIRED TO CHANGE OPERATING MODE When changing between the different spraying and broom finish features, modification is completed quickly by well-trained staff. SPRAY HEAD WITH THREE SPRAY NOZZLES All spray heads are fitted with three separate spray nozzles each in order to minimize breaks in operation during longitudinal spraying in case of a nozzle failure.
