Customer Service 8 Preventative Maintenance UPS Systems Load Bank Test Magellan engineers will test your UPS back-up power system to ensure any potential problems are remedied before they escalate. By identifying these issues before your UPS is utilised, reduces risk of a catastrophic power failure. Our battery load test includes discharging the battery bank for a specified time using suitable load and measuring the voltage of all individual cells at specified intervals. Results are recorded on the discharge test table and the battery capacity is estimated. Battery Conductance Test This test will provide an accurate indication of the health of the battery and performance of the UPS. Installation and Commissioning Correct installation and commissioning is vital to the operation of your back-up power system. Training Magellan offers on-site training on operation and maintenance of your UPS equipment. Training is performed by qualified engineers and technicians.
