We succeeded to do this in more than 80.3% of cases in 2015. n Telephone mystery shop & onsite audits Independent audits to monitor our telephone & onsite interaction with our customers along with site services have delivered a telephone mystery shop score of 95.7% & an onsite audit score of 91.5%. n Customer satisfaction surveys (REx) We have seen a 2 percentage point increase in our overall customer satisfaction score achieving 86% in 2015. Throughout 2015, we have been contacting you for feedback on your experiences & the quality of service on offer from the Renault Trucks dealer network. Here again, we saw an improvement in results compared to the previous year - but don t just take our word for it this is what you had to say about your experiences: I can t fault the service they are providing at the moment, it s fantastic!
