Our Offices and Locations Siem Offshore Contractors is headquartered in Leer, Germany, located close to the North Sea and the border with the Netherlands. In the UK SOC has an office in Aberdeen, Scotland to service the customers in the UK and Ireland. SOC also operates a combined marine base and warehouse in Eemshaven, in the Netherlands to provide operational support and service to our vessels during projects.
