1. OPĆENITO Vakuuki prekidači serije VKΣ zasnovani su na najnovijoj generaciji vakuukih komora minimalnih dimenzija i masa. Prekidači su razvijeni u skladu sa zahtjevima IEC 62271-100. 2. KONSTRUKCIJA Na slici 1. prikazan je presjek pola prekidača. Strujni put se sastoji od dva priključna kontakta (1) i (2) između kojih se nalazi vakuuka komora (3) sa čvrstim i pomičnim kontaktom. Smanjenje dimenzija prekidača ostvareno je korištenjem multikontaktne veze umjesto fleksibilnog kontakta. Pogonski mehanizam za vakuuke prekidače nove serije VKΣ je izvorno rješenje. To je akumulacijski pogonski mehanizam s mogućnošću pokretanja pomičnih kontakata vakuukih komora u najsloženijem, propisima definiranom sklopnom ciklusu: O 0,3 s CO 15 s CO. Potrebna energija za izvršenje navedenih operacija je akumulirana u uklopnoj opruzi. Mehanizam je smješten u kućištu koje je istodobno i postolje prekidača. Mehanička trajnost ovog mehanizma osigurava minimalno 20 000 sklapanja bez eksploatacijskog održavanja. 1. INTRODUCTION Vacuum circuit breakers series VKΣ have been developed in accordance with recent generation of vacuum interrupters, with minimal dimensions and weights.the circuit breakers comply with IEC 62271-100. 2. DESIGN Circuit breaker pole cross-section is presented at Fig. 1. The current path consists of two connection terminals (1) and (2). The vacuum interrupter (3) with fixed and moving contact is between upper and lower connection terminal. The overall dimensions of the circuit breaker have been reduced using multicontact instead of flexible connection. The operating mechanism for the VKΣ series is original solution. It is spring-charging energy-storing mechanism, which enables the contact movements in accordance with the operating cycle O 0,3 s CO 15 s CO. The energy required for this opreating cycle is stored in closing spring. The operating mechanism takes place in the housing which is the base of the circuit breaker.
