Carefully read and understand all instructions before attempting installation. Failure to identify damage before installation could lead to a rejection of any claim.. This product may be mounted stand-alone or in conjunction with Winch Tray P/N -37 (sold separately). Note: For installation of winch tray reference I/S 75-109. If installing in conjunction with winch tray skip to Step. 3. For vehicles without factory tow hooks: Tr im the plastic in the ar eas in Figures 1 -. Repeat for the passenger side. . For vehicles without factory tow hooks: Slip (1) double nut plate into fr ame and line up with existing holes, see Figure 3. Loosely install the Lower Mounting Br ackets using the supplied M1 har dwar e as shown in Figure. Tr im screws if they interfere with lower mounting bracket see Figure 5, repeat for passenger side. 5. For vehicles with factory tow hooks: Remove tow hooks and loosely install Lower Mounting Br ackets to factor y nut plates using supplied M1 hardware as shown in Figure. Trim screws if they interfere with lower mounting bracket see Figure 5.. Remove all factory hardware and clips attached to grille, then remove grille. See Figures - 1. Figure Install lower mounting bracket using supplied M1 hardware. Repeat for passenger side. Remove bolt on top of grille located underneath hood. Figure 1 Remove all three clips attached to grille. Repeat for driver side then remove grille. 7. For 018 Models Only: Remove plastic cover s that ar e located above the location of the tow hooks to expose (3) nuts on each side. Remove the nuts in order to remove the front bumper. See Figures 13-1. 8. Remove factory bumper bolt see Figure 15. Install upper mounting bracket using supplied M8 hardware, tighten to 15 ftlbs. See Figures 1 and 17. Note: Figure 1 for 015-017 models and Figure 17 for 018 models. 9. Reinstall grille, headlight covers, and any other parts removed in the reverse order of the install instructions. Note: If installing in conjunction with winch tray skip to Step 1. 10. With assistance hold the Grille Guard up to the previously installed brackets. Loosely attach the Grille Guard to the brackets using the supplied M1 hardware. See Figures 18 and 19. 11. Align and adjust the Grille Guard as necessary. Tighten and torque M1 hardware to 50-55 ft-lbs. 1. For use with winch tray only: With assistance hold the gr ille guar d up to the pr eviously installed winch tr ay and upper support brackets. Loosely attach the grille guard to the upper brackets and winch tray using the supplied M1 hardware, see Figure 0 and 1. 13. For use with winch tray only: Align and adjust the gr ille guar d as necessar y. Tor que M1 har dwar e to 50-55 ft-lbs. STAINLESS STEEL PRODUCTS CAN BE CLEANED WITH MILD SOAP AND WATER. STAINLESS STEEL POLISH SHOULD BE USED TO POLISH SMALL SCRATCHES.
