Chassis Engine Chassis is the installation base to the upper structure, used to install and support crawler travel mechanism, and there are hydraulic cylinders inside it. The centre revolving joint of hydraulic system transfers working pressure oil of upper-structure to the crawler travel mechanism, and by the telescopic movement of hydraulic cylinder, the extension and retraction of crawler is realized. This function can make the machine broaden the distance of crawlers, which greatly improves operating stability; while transporting, crawlers would be retracted to meet the requirement of highway traffic regulations. Hydraulic System Major Components The machine adopts pilot control system. Reliable pilot logic valve block controls all actions of the grab. Pilot control is flexible, safe, comfortable and precise, which greatly improves the operation performance and fully represents the integration of man-machine- hydraulic-electricity. Advanced control system and optional parts from international first-level brands like hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor, hydraulic valve and joints, perfectly represent the virtue of SANY high reliability. Engine pump power control technique Adopt closed-loop control. During operation, control system automatically adjusts hydraulic pump absorption power according to engine power and load change, which achieves the optimal match of engine power and pump power. Subsection power control according to specific operating condition sets working capacity to reduce the work intensity and ensure steady and economical operation. CPU center processor It checks hydraulic system, alarm system, fault detection, sounding, touch-bottom protection, adjustment system, main winch limit, which makes all the systems match perfectly and save energy. Working procedure expert management system (PDE) The system can calculate, record and save the excavation procedures of grab. Monitoring cable winding system To realize the excavation data measurement, transmission and monitoring. Adopt two sets of systems. The main system adopts negative electro-hydraulic proportional open system under constant power, which realizes the flow supply according to the requirement. On this basis, it superimposes override control of constant power and electrical power, which utilizes the engine power most sufficiently; the main system also adopts flow distribution systems of main winch and adjustment cylinder. Auxiliary system adopts the most advanced closed-type hydraulic winding system. Control System Electric-hydraulic control Fully in charge of compound control for the engine, hydraulic pump, hydraulic valve and the whole machine, in addition check and protect the engine, hydraulic system and machine working status. The control system checks the operating condition, and drives the hydraulic and mechanical equipments according to the requirements. Man-machine interactive technology High resolution and multifunction screen displays the entire operating data to realize the 24-hour monitoring. It helps the operator know the working condition and make correct adjustment. Only by operating buttons, working status selection, parameter setting, online adjustment of input and output signals, system calibration, malfunction diagnosis and inquiry can be done perfectly. It features as stable performance, friendly interface, and intellectual operation. Intellectual malfunction diagnosis technology The intellectual malfunction diagnosis checks all kinds of technological parameters of the engine, hydraulic system and control system, and then judge whether the grab works normally or not; when the malfunction happened, it will stop the machine timely and display the code of malfunction so as to avoid severe damage. Main winch It is mainly composed of hydraulic motor, gearbox, drum, winch support and wire rope. As an important part of trenching, its function is to hoist and lower grab by hydraulic system. Luffing winch It is mainly composed of hydraulic motor, gearbox, drum, winch support, wire rope and bail. It is placed at the end of upperstructure to provide power to the boom while luffing. It is an important device to ensure normal and safe work for grab. Working equipment Working equipment is mainly composed of gantry, guide body, pulley yoke and cylinder. 600mm, 800mm, 1000mm, 1200mm, and 1500mm guide bodies are optional. Winding device Winding device adopts hydraulic winding device, mainly composed of winding plate, hydraulic motor, gearbox, main oil hose, hose reel. Its main functions are to transmit power oil to cylinder to open/close the grab. Compared with mechanical winding, it removed heavy spring energy storage mechanism and gearbox system, which greatly reduces weight of winding device and obviously improves whole machine stability. Winding is driven by hydraulic motor, stable movement, little noise. it's unnecessary to demount during into and out construction site, which improves working efficiency.
