1.On Monday morning, Supervisor Smith, assigned to QE10 has been inspecting his bi weekly routes in Hamilton beach, a low lying area that is surrounded by Jamaica bay and prone to flooding during storms. Over the past month, there was substantial flooding due to heavy rains. Supervisor Smith finds several vehicles that have no plates on them, including a boat and Jet Ski along the road in the marsh.
