II D99TE01-1602 1. Features of Products 1.High Accuracy: All the products pass a runout test to ensure quality. 2. High Rigidity, High Cutting Force: The embedded bearing design improves rigidity significantly. 3. Low Noise, Low Temperature Increase: All tool holders go through noise and temperature tests and pass operating test to ensure quality. 4.The design of the quick change spindle adapter simplifies assembly. 5. Providing several coupling types of the input shaft end such as DIN1809 DIN5480 DIN5482 TOEM which are suitable for all tool holders. 6.The products can be applied to multitasking turning and milling centers. 7.The product comes with one year of warranty. 2. Installation of Driven Tool Holders For VDI: Fasten the screw to make the ramp plug teeth and the flank teeth of driven tool holder mesh together, and thus hook the driven tool holder body up to the turret. For BMT: Use four bolts to lock the tool holder and the power turret together. 3. Safety Instructions Turret VDI Tool Holder Ramp Plug Screw Ramp plug with teeth in ramp face Turret BMT Tool Holder Bolt Storage and Installation 1.Please handle with care as impact will affect the function of the tool holder. 2.Avoid humidity and high/low temperature environments when storing. 3. In case of installation problem, it is prohibited to do machining to modify the original specifications. Please inform related personnel for further assistance. 4. Please make sure the tooth flank fits perfectly when installing VDI tool holders so that the tool holder can be installed with the power turret properly. For BMT tool holder, please fasten the screw to fix the tool holder firmly on the power turret. 5. Please use ER spanner for quick change spindle adapter during disassembly and lock it tightly on both sides in order to avoid unnecessary accidents and injuries. Operation Instrument 1. Every tool holder has a maximum speed and torque in its bearing capacity. Please refer to the maximum load rating in the technical information and do not exceed the specified range. 2. In case of abnormal situation during operation, to avoid damaging the tool holders, it is prohibited to disassemble the tool holder. Please stop operating immediately. 3.When abnormal condition happens, please stop the operation immediately and inform appropriate personnel for further assistance. 4. Keep the operating temperature under 85. Apply cutting fluid through the tool holder body and its inserted pipe nozzle. Please do contact appropriate personnel for advice while operate under special operating circumstances. Safety In order to make a tool holder with high efficiency and extend its service life, please follow the instructions when using this product.
