4 International Training & Competence Center The new International Training & Competence Centre of Snap-on Equipment opened at the Bavarian Snap-on location in Unterneukirchen / Germany, halfway between Munich and Salzburg, offering an ample space of more than 1000 m 2. Snap-on Equipment offers a variety of trainings, all customised to suit the prior knowledge of the candidates. Training conditions are ideal because the training centre is furnished with the complete line of products of the Hofmann, John Bean and Cartec brands. Well-trained technicians are the backbone of a garage. In the International Training & Competence Centre our customers are trained by professional trainers. The International Training Centre has been approved by wdk (Association of German Tyre & Rubber Industry) to carry out training for mounting and demounting of UHP and run-flat tyres in line with wdk requirements.

International Training & Competence Center 5 In addition to product and user trainings for everyone from the beginner to the professional user Snap-on offers special trainings such as training in line with German Health and Safety at Work regulations for automotive lifts, or trainings for service technicians to carry out single conformity inspections on brake testers and test lanes. The trainings are adopted to the prior knowledge of the candidates, theory and practice are combined in the best possible way. So the candidates come to know and to use the full potential of wheel aligners, wheel balancers, tyre changers and brake testers. Professional seminar rooms, small groups and experienced trainers guarantee a high level of satisfaction amongst candidates who will afterwards perform their work with increased efficiency and professionalism.
