VAS 6313-C and VAS 6314-C wdk-certified Tyre changer VAS 6313-C Certified by wdk for handling of UHP and run-flat tyres. With pneumatic mounting tool VAS 6312-1 and kit VAS 6314-1 (standard equipment) for handling of UHP and run-flat tyre systems (additional optional adaptors required for PAX and CSR tyres). VAS 6314-1 consists of: plastic bead breaker disc, tyre lever plus, rod with tapered roll, plastic tyre protector, triangular bead pusher, spacers and plastic protector for bead breaker blade, Magic Bead Pusher MBP-6. Ideally suited for handling all car and light-truck tyres in the market and therefore absolutely flexible in use. Alloy rims are handled particularly gently as the mounting head and the clamping jaws are provided with plastic protectors. The machine post can be tilted backwards and forwards pneumatically upon pedal operation and is locked pneumatically in working position. The one-part mounting head can be adjusted vertically and horizontally in spaced-apart position relative to the rim (pneumatically controlled). The self-centring four-jaw turntable features an outer clamping range of 10 to 24 and can be preset by pedal to low speed (7 rpm), or high speed (13 rpm). A double-acting bead breaking cylinder protects tyre and rim during bead breaking operation. Moreover the oversize bead breaker blade is supported in three joints which ensures gentle bead breaking; an anti-skid rubber pad prevents the wheel from slipping off. In conjunction with the pedalcontrolled tyre inflator and the pressure gauge the quick-inflation valve ensures quick and safe inflation of the tyre. The five ergonomic pedals allow convenient use. With pneumatic mounting tool VAS 6312-1 and kit VAS 6314-1 (standard equipment) for handling of UHP and run-flat tyre systems (additional optional adaptors required for PAX and CSR tyres). Rims and tyres are handled particularly gently as the mounting head and the clamping jaws come standard with plastic protectors. The sophisticated design of the clamping jaws offers a large outer clamping range of 10 to 26 (up to 30 with optional clamping jaws). The machine post can be tilted backwards and forwards pneumatically upon pedal operation and is locked pneumatically in working position. The mounting head is pneumatically approached to the rim and adjusted in spaced-apart position both vertically and horizontally. The mounting arm is guided horizontally on rollers. Turntable speed can be preset via pedal (to either 7 or 13 rpm). The oversize bead breaker blade is supported in three joints which ensures gentle bead breaking; an anti-skid rubber pad prevents the wheel from slipping off. Moreover the bead breaker arm is adjustable in two ranges. VAS 6585 Roller-type tyre changer Tyre changer VAS 6585 This roller-type tyre changer has been certified by wdk for handling of UHP and run-flat tyres. In addition the machine is ideally suited to handle tyres of all types. Clamping flange speed can be chosen according to requirements: slow speed is ideally suited for accurate and attentive operation in critical phases such as bead breaking and pulling the bead over the rim, whereas quick speed allows to save time in uncritical phases. The clamping flange is vertically adjustable so that a large variety of wheel types and even reverse mounted wheels can be handled ergonomically and conveniently. The ergonomic wheel lift is especially useful when it comes to clamping very large and heavy wheels and best of all it comes standard with the tyre changer. The control console is in ergonomic position for the operator to control and supervise all individual operations. VAS 6616 Automatic tyre changer This automatic tyre changer has been certified by wdk for handling of UHP and run-flat tyres. In addition the machine is ideally suited to handle tyres of all types. The machine comes with outstanding dynamic procedures, controlled power and accuracy and consequently guarantees optimum results because all operations are accomplished efficiently and effort-saving for the operator, while preserving both tyres and rims. Non-contact detection of rim contour owing to a stripe of laser light. Handling rims of a diameter of 12 to 30 and wheels up to an overall diameter of 47. Automatic control of the mounting and demounting tools, the operator only has to start the procedure on the control console. The operator is always in control of all work processes.
