April 2003 Dealer Service Instructions for: Safety Recall No. C11 Blower Motor Wiring Models 2002 (DR) Dodge Ram 1500 Pick-up Trucks IMPORTANT: Some of the involved vehicles may be in dealer used vehicle inventory. Dealers should complete this recall service on these vehicles before retail delivery. Dealers should also perform this recall on vehicles in for service. Involved vehicles can be determined by using the DealerCONNECT VIP inquiry process. Subject The blower motor wiring on about 285,000 of the above vehicles contains an undersized terminal.
