Adaptation process Below is the recommended adaption process to ensure successful introduction and EV buses into existing business. 1. Analysis of Current Fleet and Total Cost of Ownership 2. Avass and CUSTOMER can enter into an delivery program that enables Customer to introduce EV buses into its fleet with minimal financial and operational impact.
EV Adaptation 1 - Conversion Customer provide a vehicle for Avass to convert the vehicle from diesel to electric. Customer commence 2 month trial of vehicle Avass will sell to Customer the recharger unit Trial criteria are jointly developed and agreed to Avass will sell o customer complete battery and electric drivetrain On completion of trial and criteria are successfully met, Customer proceed to places an order The trial vehicle can be retained by the customer or Avass can negotiate a buyback agreement.
EV Adaptation 2 New Bus Customer purchase Gen 1 buses for immediate trial or Customer purchase Gen 2 bus for trial commencing in June. Trial criteria need to be specified and agreed to by both parties Customer buy charging unit from Avass. Customer proceed to place order with Avass.
