No. 1 (Canceling 2 nd Revised Sheet No. 12) AVAILABILITY Service under this Rate is available for any eligible Non-Residential Customer within the territory served by Company that meets the following criteria: Customers served under this Rate shall have a maximum monthly Demand of less than 150 kilowatts (kw) as qualified in the Delivery Service Rate Reassignment section. A Customer without a demand meter installed, but with an average usage of less than 1,200 kwh per day during each monthly billing period will be normally assumed to have a maximum monthly Demand of less than 150 kw. Where Customer s average daily usage is 1,200 kwh per day or more in any monthly billing period, Company may install a demand meter at Company s expense to determine if Customer remains eligible for service under this Rate. DELIVERY SERVICE RATE REASSIGNMENT If a Customer receiving Delivery Service under Rate DS-2 has a maximum monthly Demand equal to or greater than 150 kw in two or more of the 12 monthly Billing Periods during the prior calendar year, the Customer shall be reassigned to Rate DS-3 effective with the next June Billing Period. Once the Customer has been reassigned to Rate DS-3, the Customer will not be eligible to receive service under Rate DS-2 for a minimum of 12 monthly billing periods following such reassignment. MONTHLY CHARGES * Standard Charges: Customer Charge: Applicable to each electric service account where Customer takes service under this Rate at the Meter Voltage as shown in the Standard Charges section of the Delivery Charges Informational Sheet supplemental to the Rate MAP-P tariff. Meter Charge: Applicable to each electric service account where Customer elects to receive Metering Service from the Company at the Meter Voltage as shown in the Standard Charges section of the Delivery Charges Informational Sheet supplemental to the Rate MAP-P tariff.

No. 1 (Canceling 4 th Revised Sheet No. 12.001) * Distribution Delivery Charge: Applicable on a per kwh delivered basis as shown in the Standard Charges section of the Delivery Charges Informational Sheet supplemental to the Rate MAP-P tariff. Transformation Charge (applicable only to Customers in Rate Zone I): A Rate Zone I Customer owning their own transformation with Delivery Service measured at the high voltage side of Customer-owned transformation as of August 1, 2011 will be assessed a Customer Charge and a Meter Charge, if applicable, based upon the low voltage side of the Customer-owned transformation. Power and Energy Charges: Customer has the option to purchase power and energy from the Company or a Retail Electric Supplier (RES). If Customer elects to take power and energy from the Company, electric power and energy shall be furnished under Rider BGS or RTP. Such election represents a continuation of Bundled Service for Customers in accordance with Section 16-103 of the Illinois Public Utilities Act. Transmission Charges: 1. For Customer taking power and energy service from the Company: Customer will be responsible for all applicable charges in Rider TS, Transmission Service. 2. For Customer taking power and energy service from a RES: RES will be responsible for all applicable charges for Transmission Services for its power and energy Customers pursuant to the Transmission Provider's FERCapproved tariffs related to Transmission Service.

No. 1 (Canceling Original Sheet No. 12.002) * Optional Charges: Customers that have been reassigned from Rate DS-3 to DS-2 shall have the option to be billed under this Optional Charges section. The following provisions shall be applicable to Customers that elect billing under this section: Customer shall notify the Company of their intention to be billed under this Optional Charges section within 3 monthly Billing Periods of the date they begin receiving service under Rate DS-2 after rate reassignment. Customer may cancel billing under this Optional Charges section at any time and shall return to billing under the Standard Charges section, however, such Customer will not be allowed to return to billing under this Optional Charges section. Customer agrees to hold Company harmless for any consequences arising from their election of billing under this Optional Charges section. * The following charges shall apply to Customers that elect to be billed under this Optional Charges section: * Customer Charge: The Rate DS-3 Customer Charge shall be applicable to each electric service account where Customer takes service under this Rate at the Meter Voltage as shown in the Rate DS-2 Optional Charges section of the Delivery Charges Informational Sheet supplemental to the Rate MAP-P tariff. * Meter Charge: The Rate DS-3 Meter Charge shall be applicable to each electric service account where Customer elects to receive Metering Services from the Company at the Meter Voltage as shown in the Rate DS-2 Optional Charges section of the Delivery Charges Informational Sheet supplemental to the Rate MAP-P tariff.

d/b/a Ameren Illinois 4 th Revised Sheet No. 12.003 Electric Service Schedule Ill. C. C. No. 1 (Canceling 3 rd Revised Sheet No. 12.003) * Distribution Delivery Charge: The Rate DS-3 Distribution Delivery Charge for distribution service supplied at the Supply Voltage shall be charged on a per kw of billing demand basis as shown in the Rate DS-2 Optional Charges section of the Delivery Charges Informational Sheet supplemental to the Rate MAP-P tariff. Billing demand will be equal to the higher of a) the maximum Demand occurring On- Peak in the Billing Period or b) 50% of the highest Demand occurring Off-Peak in the Billing Period. * Transformation Charge: Transformers that transform voltage from Company's available Supply Voltage to the Delivery Voltage required by the Customer are considered transformation service. The Rate DS-3 Transformation Charge shall be assessed for transformation service using Company owned and operated transformers and shall be billed the charge shown in the Rate DS-2 Optional Charges section of the Delivery Charges Informational Sheet supplemental to the Rate MAP-P tariff on a per kw basis, unless such service has been provided through Excess Facilities provisions. The charge will be based on the highest Demand in the most recent 12 monthly Billing Periods including the current Billing Period. A Rate Zone I Customer owning their own transformation with Delivery Service measured at the high voltage side of Customer-owned transformation as of October 1, 2008 will be assessed a Rate DS-3 Customer Charge and Rate DS-3 Meter Charge, if applicable, based upon the low voltage side of the Customer-owned transformation and the Meter Reassignment Charge shown in the Rate DS-2 Optional Charges section of the Delivery Charges Informational Sheet supplemental to the Rate MAP-P tariff, on a monthly basis.

No. 1 * Power and Energy Charges: Customer has the option to purchase power and energy from the Company or a Retail Electric Supplier (RES). If Customer elects to take power and energy from the Company, electric power and energy shall be furnished under Rider BGS or RTP, as applicable. Such election represents a continuation of Bundled Service for Customers in accordance with Section 16-103 of the Illinois Public Utilities Act. These options are the same as those available for a Customer receiving service under Rate DS-2 Standard Charges. * Transmission Charges: 1. For Customer taking power and energy service from a RES: RES will be responsible for all applicable charges for Transmission Services for its power and energy Customers pursuant to the Transmission Provider's FERCapproved tariffs related to Transmission Service. * Other Charges: All other applicable charges shall be assessed based on charges for a Customer receiving service under Rate DS-2.

d/b/a Ameren Illinois Original Sheet No. 12.005 Electric Service Schedule Ill. C. C. No. 1 MINIMUM BILL Customer Charge and Meter Charge (if applicable) each month, plus all other applicable fees and charges under this Schedule. TERMS OF PAYMENT Customer's bills for service under this Rate shall be rendered and payments due in accordance with the Billing and Payment Section of the Customer Terms and Conditions Tariff. UNMETERED SERVICE The Company shall, at its sole discretion, provide unmetered service based on good engineering practice, for connected loads not exceeding five kw at any one point of delivery where operation of the Customer's equipment is continuous or is regularly scheduled on an annual basis. Equipment that qualifies for unmetered service may include, but not be limited to, television signal transmission and /or distribution (cable TV) facilities and emergency sirens. The Company shall have the right to refuse service under this provision for equipment that does not meet the criteria stated above. For continuous load, the Company shall determine the monthly kwh for billing purposes by multiplying the rated wattage (based upon nameplate or other appropriate data) of the connected loads by one-twelfth of the annual hours of operation and converting to kwh, if necessary. For load regularly scheduled on an annual basis, the Company shall determine the monthly usage on a case by case basis. Customers receiving service under this provision shall be billed monthly at the applicable Rate DS-2 charges except for Meter Charges.

No. 1 Customer must notify Company of any change in load or operation of equipment operating under unmetered service. If Customer does not notify Company of such a change in load or operation, Company may terminate unmetered service to Customer. Customers receiving unmetered service prior to January 2, 2007 may continue to receive unmetered service, provided Company is satisfied that usage is continuous or is regularly scheduled on an annual basis. TERMS AND CONDITIONS The amount of base rate delivery service uncollectible expense recovered on a per Customer basis each month pursuant to ICC Order in Docket No. 09-0399 and subsequent Orders addressing delivery service rates as shown in the Delivery Charges Informational Sheet supplemental to the Rate MAP-P tariff. Service hereunder is subject to the Customer Terms and Conditions, Standards and Qualifications for Electric Service, Tax Additions, and Supplemental Customer Charge Tariffs of this Schedule, as well as any other applicable Rates, Riders, taxes, adjustments, fees or charges that may be approved by the ICC from time to time and in effect.
