For each hot runner system, 3-D models including negative volume are available for downloading. The unique design of the PM Insert and Valve Pin provides that during actuation the valve pin is precisely guided into the cylindrical gate of the PM Insert assuring that no wear occurs on the cylindrical shut off of the valve pin or the gate portion of the PM Insert. We can supply you a Valve Gate System with a pitch distance starting at 8 mm (0.314 ) or as large as you need, and each nozzle is controlled separately for a very finite temperature control enabling the processing of low viscosity plastics and elastomers as well as reinforced engineered resins.
