Specification Submittal About Parker: Transair is part of the Parker Hannifin Corporation (NYSE: PH), which was founded in 1918. With annual sales exceeding $13 billion, Parker Hannifin is the world s leading diversified manufacturer of motion and control technologies and systems. Transair has more than 300,000 installations worldwide. Transair powered by SCOUT Technology is the next evolution of compressed air piping. SCOUT continuously monitors your compressed air system and gives you accurate, timely readings for Flow, Pressure, Power, Temperature, and Humidity, so you can prevent downtime and increase productivity. Fast, flexible, and easily modified, Transair is the ideal aluminum pipe system for compressed air, vacuum, and inert gas applications. Durable and corrosion-resistant, Transair s lightweight construction outperforms traditional piping systems. End-users can reconfigure production layouts in minutes, not hours, and Transair s versatile, quick-connect interlocking system eliminates the need to thread or solder pipe. Transair also significantly reduces plant energy costs by increasing efficiency, reducing pressure drops, and eliminating leaks. Transair Benefits of Transair: Energy efficient Simple installation Quick connect technology Immediate pressurization Removable and reusable Modular design No corrosion Leak-free guarantee Full bore design Certifications and compliances: ISO 9001 version 2000 ISO 8573-1 version 2010 TUV certification QUALICOAT certification Engineering standards: ASME B31.1 Transair fittings conform to UL94HB Transair --mounting clips conform to UL94V-2 Extruded aluminum pipe conforms to ASTM B241, EN 755.2 and EN 755.3 Performance criteria: Approved for compressed air (dry, wet, lubricated), vacuum, and inert gases (including Argon, Helium, Nitrogen, CO2 mixes)
