ENGINE OILS Millers Oils full synthetic Motorsport formulations combine 3 synthetic esters with high performance additives (including the optimum amount of ZDDP Zinc antiwear additive) and friction modifiers to provide maximum power output with minimum wear. The high ester content reduces the amount of polymer in the formulation and increases the oil s resistance to shear and loss of viscosity. CRO 10w40 (Product code 5736) COMPETITION RUNNING IN OIL. A mineral oil, carefully formulated to protect engine components and speed up the bedding in process. A race engine must not be run in on a semi or full synthetic race oil. Ideal for test bed running. CFS 0w20 (Product code 6165) COMPETITION FULL SYNTHETIC TRIPLE ESTER FORMULATION. For modern competition engines where maximum power release is required. Formulated for use in qualifying or shorter duration events where the engine is suitable to take advantage of this type of low drag/low friction lubricant. FUEL TREATMENTS Millers Oils fuel treatments include flame front control to protect against detonation damage. CVL TURBO (Product code 5792) OCTANE BOOSTER FOR ULTIMATE PERFORMANCE. Adds up to 4 octane (40 octane points) to base fuel. This means that up to 103 octane is available (when added to a premium brand super unleaded fuel) to those seeking outright performance. CVL Turbo is suitable for all engines and occasional use in vehicles equipped with catalytic converters. CVL (Product code 5587) COMPETITION VALVE LUBRICANT. The original CVL remains the most effective solution for running older competition engines, and engines without knock detection and sophisticated engine management systems, on unleaded fuel. CVL lubricates valves, controls the flame front and prevents detonation. VSPe POWER PLUS (Product code 7564) ETHANOL PROTECTION, LEAD REPLACEMENT AND OCTANE BOOSTER (UP TO 2 OCTANE) FOR CLASSIC AND VINTAGE CARS. Prevents fuel system corrosion, prevents valve seat recession, octane improver - adds up to 2 octane numbers (20pts) to unleaded fuel, carburettor anti-icing formula. OTHER PRODUCTS RACING BRAKE FLUID 300 PLUS (Product code 5824) Extremely high dry boiling point, at least 310 C, with exceptional resistance to vapour locking and good compressibility for improved brake feel. EXTRA COOL (Product code 5547) CORROSION INHIBITOR AND COOLANT ENHANCER. Improves laminar flow, thereby increasing coolant efficiency and reducing operating temperatures by up to 15 C. Prevents electrolytic corrosion of magnesium and aluminium castings. Mixes with antifreeze. 250ml bottle treats 10 litres of coolant. COMPETITION ASSEMBLY LUBE (Product code 5495) ANTI WEAR FORMULATION FOR INITIAL ASSEMBLY OF ENGINES AND TRANSMISSIONS. An engine oil based formulation, very high in anti wear additives to reduce wear at initial start up. Formulated to cling to the metal surface prior to start up and then dissolve into the engine oil. Will not block oil passages unlike some anti scuffing pastes. DELTAPLEX 2EP GREASE (Product code 5306) HIGH PERFORMANCE EXTREME PRESSURE GREASE FOR GENERAL APPLICATIONS. Low friction, high protection, ideal for wheel bearings and other general uses. HI MOL GREASE (Product code 5264) MOLYBDENUM DISULPHIDE GREASE FOR CV JOINTS. Contains a very high percentage of molybdenum disulphide specifically for use in constant velocity joints. RED RUBBER GREASE (Product code 5196) SILICA AND CASTOR BASED GREASE. Developed for piston seals in brake circuit applications and for the lubrication of rubber and associated components, which are in contact with rubber.
