The 2017 will be the great Porsche event for all Porsche owners, their friends, their family as well as the fans of the brand. It will be the inevitable annual event that will be adored by the european Porsche community, excluding competition, and will the priority annual activity of Porsche Clubs. This document defines the general guidelines of the large audience 2017 on the 3rd & 4th of June 2017, organized by the Porsche Club Francorchamps (PCF). It defines the new direction of the PCF and its will to redefine this weekend as the great party and the fellowship within the Porsche spirit. CALENDAR The brand new will take place: during the Pentecost weekend 2017 ie Saturday the 3rd and Sunday the 4th of June 2017 (Monday the 5th is a bank holiday). 7
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE The Club : in a dedicated F1 stand, is able to receive its members in a high standard infrastructure The Driver, with his Porsche : during driving sessions adapted to his skills, he discovers the track, loves it, maybe adores it The Passionate, with his Porsche : he likes touristic rallies, the parade, a family driving on the race track, the concours d élégance... The Fan, with his Porsche : he participates at the parade, track laps with the family, the concours d élégance The Visitor : he dreams of the Porsche universe! 8
PRICES For the Club The price for the F1 stand is degressive, depending on the number of track sessions that were reserved by your Club Membres. For your visibility, the name of your Club is shown on the the track side and the paddock side of your F1 stand. PASSION, FRIENDLINESS, PREMIUM 9
PRICES For the Driver Based on our very good experience and the numerous advices and wishes we received, a maximum track day price of 550 * per participant has been defined. Atmosphere, passion and festivities included! For the Passionate, the Fan, the Visitor The other prices and gratuities such as entrance fee, catering, event participation still need to be defined. ACTIVITIES AND ANIMATIONS For the Driver, the Passionate, the Fan, the Visitor Family Hour NEW Saturday between 12h and 13h, under Safety Car, every Porsche owner will have the possibility to drive 1 hour on the Francorchamps track with his family, his friends, his customers regardless of age and type of his Porsche (Panamera, Macan, Cayenne, Boxster, Cayman, 911, 924, 944, 968, 928). 13
ACTIVITIES AND ANIMATIONS Parade Sunday between 12h and 13h, every Porsche owner will be able to attend the longest Porsche parade on the F1 track of Spa Francorchamps regardless of the fact if he is participating during the daily track sessions 14

HOSPITALITIES CATERING The Pit Brasserie in the F1 building is accessible to the public and the visitors One of the big rooms of the F1 building is accessible to the series participants and the Porsche clubs with self-service catering for breakfast, lunch, tea-time, dinner, drinks included 31
