5 how the UNICUT works The innovation - reinveted The UNICUT breaks with all known conventions, and adopts a new system for the drive and especially for storing the diamond wire. The patented UNICUT winder unit serves as drive and wire storage at the same time. The system is always ready to use, whether there is 2m or 20m in the storage magazine.the electronic controls the wire winding automatically. This means there is no need to interrupt the work process to expand the storage capacity. The UNICUT Servo wire saw works with the proven ServoDrive of the CAPTOR wall saw. Patented System The wire storage system patented by Demco Technic AG achieves an ideal combination of ServoDrive performance with minimal weight.
