FischerPANEEL Economical with versatile design possibilities FischerPANEELE are functional building elements for industrial, office and administrative construction. Ventilated at the rear, the FischerPANEELE are used for the aesthetic cladding of solid walls, frequently in association with thermal insulation, or as the outer skin of multiskin metal walls. Mineral fibre boards - non-flammable as per DIN 4 - are mainly employed as thermal insulation. This means outstanding thermal protection which reduces heating costs and damage to the environment considerably. The elements can be mounted quickly and economically onto any kind of substructure. They can be arranged both vertically and horizontally. The ready-to-install elements are approx. 8 m in length and are fastened with stainless steel drill screws or thread-cutting screws. Excellent protection against corrosion The basic material employed is steel sheet S 80 GD as per DIN EN 4, with a zinc coating of G 5 or alloy galvanisation Galfan GA 55 as per DIN EN 4. In addition, the material is polymer-coated. Polyester (5 µm), Colorcoat Prisma 50 µm, polyester-powder coating 60 µm or PVC-spraying 30-80 µm can be selected as the coating system. The protection against corrosion is K III in accordance with DIN 558-8. Due to the additional colour coating of the material, planners and architects have a large number of colour combinations at their disposal. Please order the colour chart Polyester. Fischer has had decades of experience in the manufacture and supply of prefabricated construction elements for commercial buildings. Contact us. We would be pleased to advise you. FischerPANEELE are manufactured on a new profiling line which guarantees a constant and high quality result. The elements have a large bending radius, which is a particular advantage in the case of coatings only 5 µm thick. 3

The difference to the trapezoidal profile is in the narrow valley with almost vertical webs. The other differences are the broad crowns with large outer bending radii. Over-bending should be avoided during assembly, otherwise permanent deformations might occur on the wide crowns. This is also the case for transporting full bundles by crane and transporting single panels to the assembly site by hand. Due to the steep webs, butt jointing is not possible. When inserting the self-sealing or drilling screws it should be noted that, due to the narrow valleys, the bit stop of the electric drill must be removed. A drilling groove has been profiled into all the valleys so that the drill bit cannot scratch the webs of the FischerPANEEL. In any case, an exact alignment of the substructure is important, A two-part, adjustable spacing construction should be given preference over a one-part construction such as Z profiles. When mounting the FischerPANEEL, the panels must not be subjected to any loading in a traverse direction, as lateral drawing leads to concave deformation and lateral pressure to convex deformation of the wide crowns, which in turn means an optical impairment. It is therefore a good idea to place a browning rod over the four crowns during bolting in order to ensure that neither convex nor concave deformations occur in the traverse direction.
