42 P: 800.820.1005 Buffer Tank Warranty F: 330.852.4437 Warranty Information HSS Buffer Tank B & D Mfg., Inc. warrants for a period of three (3) years from date of purchase that all HSS Flow Center (15-58) pumps and circuit boards are free from defects in materials and workmanship. B & D Mfg., Inc. warrants all other pumps for 2 1/2 years. B & D Mfg., Inc. Warrants for a period of five (5) years from date of purchase that all HSS Flow Center, Stainless Steel Tanks only, are free from defects in materials and workmanship. B & D Mfg., Inc. warrants for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase that all other parts are free from defects in materials and workmanship. Defective parts will be repaired or replaced at the Manufacturer's discretion. No allowance for labor or property damage is implied. All Warranty Products Must Be Returned Within 30 Days of Receipt of Replacement to Receive Credit Seller's liability for any breach of this Warranty shall be limited solely to replacement or repair, and the sole option of seller, of any part or parts found to be defective during the Warranty period provided the Product is properly installed and is being used as originally intended. Buyer must notify Seller of any breach of this Warranty within the aforementioned Warranty period: defective parts must be shipped by Buyer to Seller with transportation charges pre-paid. It is expressly agreed that this shall be the sole and exclusive remedy of the buyer. 44 Pipe Warranty P: 800.820.1005 F: 330.852.4437 50 Year Warranty Centennial Plastics L.L.C. warrants to the original retail purchaser that in the event the CenFuse HDPE pipe (the "pipe") purchased at the time of delivery of this Limited Warranty fails to perform in accordance with its specifications due to defect in the materials or workmanship of the Pipe within fifty (50) years from the date of the original retail purchase of the Pipe, Centennial Plastics L.L.C. will provide to the holder of the Limited Warranty the following: 1. Replacement pipe of substantially equivalent or better quality freight prepaid' and 2. The cost of reasonable direct labor charges up to One Dollar ($1.00) per linear foot incurred by the holder of the Limited Warranty for the removal of the defective Pipe and its replacement. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE EXPRESS WARRANTY RELATING TO THE PIPE. THE LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY ISSUED BY CENTENNIAL PLAS- TICS L.L.C.
