Meeting Food Industry Transport Standards. We are committed to providing truck wash services which are rated as the best practice for the food industry, meeting food safety requirements for vehicles that transport food. This includes an interior wash and sanitise procedure which is washing of the roof, walls and floor brushed with Sanafoam foaming sanitiser (AQIS approval number IOA8291), followed by high pressure (3000psi) cold water rinse, final spray with Sanafoam sanitiser, air dried. The service will result in vehicle interiors which are free from dirt, oily or odorous materials, dangerous chemicals, glass fragments, metal fragments, plastic fragments, wood, rust flakes, rocks, paper, cloth, insects, insect parts, rodents, birds, droppings, hair, fur and feathers and other forms of extraneous matter.
Non Toxic Biodegradable Detergents Our detergent is a water based product. It is biodegradable, Neutral ph, phosphate free, non caustic, non toxic. Using the latest in surfactant technology it ensures a premium cleaning result in removing the toughest grease, grime, oil film, fuel exhaust, soot and bugs. It has been developed to provide a powerful yet safe clean for all vehicles. Waste Water Recovery We use an innovative and practical waste water capture system to prevent run-off from washing operations running into our storm water waterways. The vac system is placed at ground level using pavement as the guide. We place bunding at the drain system which is designed to be used as an application where waste water must be contained and/or captured and removed from the wash site. The waste water is vacuumed up, put through a Project E water recovery separator system stripping the recovered water from oils, soils and hydrocarbons. Almost everything we do today, we must keep in mind and consider whether we are doing any harm to our environment. All our products and equipment used are eco-friendly and biodegradable.
How it works. Step 1 Step 2 Step 3 Step 4 We apply a full-foam, aerated, ph-neutral chemical over the whole vehicle. A specific dwell time is required to start breaking down the hydrocarbons and organics that build up between washes. Whilst some configurations allow mechanical roller wash equipment to do the bulk of the washing, you can never go past the human touch! We always wash the cabs by hand and any part of the vehicle that needs pre washing that automation cannot reach. Now is the time for the big guns, our electric drive eco-friendly wash systems agitate the now broken down foam and washes the grime from the trailer component of the combination. It will lubricate the roller and curtains with a fine spray of water as it operates. Finally a high pressure rinse on the whole combination rinses off any soap residual that may be left behind after the hand and mechanical wash process is complete.
