Accu-Guard Compact + Take complete CONTROL of your fluid inventory. Alemite s all-new Accu-Guard Compact + allows you to easily manage your entire fluid inventory. This state-ofthe-art fluid management system provides centralized control and monitoring of your fluid inventory. An AccuGuard system virtually eliminates product loss and waste, accurately tracks product consumption and alerts users when fluid inventories are low. Ideal for Industrial / Manufacturing Applications...... or Shop Environments
Why Do I Need a Fluid Management System (FMS)? Improved Inventory Control The Accu-Guard controller maintains an electronic record of fluid usage, allowing for more accurate forecasting and ordering. Savings Accu-Guard will pay for itself by virtually eliminating fluid inventory loss and improving billing procedures. Employee Accountability Accu-Guard maintains usage records by employee PIN number, improving record-keeping procedures. Increased Productivity FMS allows access to products from multiple stations simultaneously, allowing technicians to work in tandem. Product Availability Precise inventory control allows users to more closely and accurately monitor their fluid inventory levels to ensure product availability. Examples Vehicle Maintenance Facility: Average annual product loss = 15% Annual fluid usage = ~100,000 gallons (gear, motor & hydraulic oils) 100,000 x 15% = 15,000 gallons lost Manufacturing Facility: Average annual product loss = 25% Annual fluid usage = ~80,000 gallons (hydraulic, lubricating and cutting oils, coolants) 80,000 x 25% = 20,000 gallons lost

How Does Accu-Guard Work? Users enter a PIN code to activate the Compact + and are then prompted for information including fluid type, outlet and quantity. The Compact + sends a signal to the Air Solenoid Valve which then allows air to flow to the pump, pressurizing the pump for operation. Fluid Solenoid Valve (338315) When energized, this normally-closed valve opens and allows fluid flow to the control valve The pump then sends fluid through the pulse meter which generates pulses as fluid product passes through the oval gear chamber. These pulses are sent back to the Compact + which translates them to the quantity of fluid dispensed. The pulse meter then sends fluid to the Fluid Solenoid Valve, which opens and allows fluid to flow through the reel and to the control handle. The communication cable from the pulse meter sends data back to the Compact + indicating the amount of fluid dispensed. This information is stored in the Compact +. An optional printer allows users to print transaction tickets and usage reports. What Equipment Do I Need for an Accu-Guard System?
