Boom options RapidFire RapidFlow RapidFire benefits: Quick response on/off at the nozzle Boom lines are always primed Compatible with RapidFlow boom recirculation Reduces overlap inaccuracy when auto boom section control is used Reduced plumbing Easier decontamination missed or overlapped. The RapidFire system differs from standard plumbing systems by using air operated valves mounted directly above each nozzle, to rapidly controlflow right at the nozzle. To ensure that boom lines are charged and ready to spray, a standard sprayer plumbing system will require the boom lines to be purged with chemical mix prior to spraying. RapidFlow allows an agitated chemical mix to be run through the boom lines prior to spraying with the excess returning to tank. The boom line is pre-charged and waste is eliminated. RapidFire is critical to this option as the operator has control over when the nozzles are switched on/off. Note: Not compatible with DCI. UltraGlide Goldacres UltraGlide detects changes in ground height and adjusts your boom accordingly. This means that you spend less time watching your booms and preventing ground strikes. Not only can you decrease driver fatigue and wear and tear on your machine, but you can increase the accuracy and coverage of the application. It s a simple one touch operation, allowing you to just sit back and drive. The Raven SCS4400 is UltraGlide ready. Chemical handling systems Transcal Transcal is a combined system of liquid chemical transfer and measurement. Transcal uses the probe to draw chemical from an open container, or can be used in conjunction with envirodrum couplings and containers, to provide a totally enclosed transfer system. In addition Transcal measures chemical transferred by volume, not flow, giving consistent accuracy regardless of the liquid viscosity.
