1. MotoShare World s leading online motorcycle sharing platform Each motorcycle offers a completely different riding experience. Therefore 1/4 of all motorcycles in the Netherlands changes ownership every year. Thanks to our insurance partners, MotoShare has enabled motorcyclists to safely share motorcycles in a close-knit community. We launched on May 23th 2016 in partnership with a large Dutch insurer (OHRA) and the Royal Dutch Motorcycle Association (KNMV); Within five months 203 motorcycles have been registered, making MotoShare the biggest motorcycle rental company in the Netherlands. * The parent company of OHRA is Delta Lloyd N.V.. ** The KNMV has over 65.000 members in the Netherlands. 2
2. Value proposition MotoShare enables peer-to-peer motorcycle sharing Renting out a private motorcycle is not insured under a regular motorcycle insurance. Therefore users cannot bypass the platform without taking substantial risks. Our partnerships have helped us to create a safe and easy environment to share motorcycles: Offers an all-risk insurance called MasterPolis MotoShare to users sharing motorcycles on MotoShare: Provides roadside assistance during rental periods. Supports MotoShare to develop the concept with extensive knowledge of the Dutch motorcycle market. 3
