Nissan s AC TECH motor and controller system makes the QX suited for a variety of tough applications, including large warehouses, multi-shift operations, and even high-duty ramp use. Many outdoor applications can also benefit from the QX, thanks to the location of its motors. Mounted parallel to the drive unit, and located up inside the truck's frame, its drive motor is positioned under the floorboard just below the operator s feet, to defend against debris and other environmental elements, while its pump motor is positioned behind the battery box, protected inside the truck s counterweight.
