How it Works: 10% non-refundable Damage Allowance is added automatically to each rental. We will take your credit card information up front and charge 50% of estimated total now to hold the inventory. The remaining balance is charged on the day of delivery. All items are priced per unit for rental for 24 hours. You may change items from your order up until 48 hours before your event with no penalty. Any damages or losses will be charged to the credit card on file at 4 times the rental rate of the cost of replacement exceeds the Damage Allowance. Any additional items may be ordered on special request. Delivery and pick up to/from Mammoth Lakes locations (not including the gondola): $40 each way. Delivery and pick up to/from on-mountain locations that require use of the gondola: $100 surcharge (in addition to delivery fees.) Delivery and pick up to/from Bishop or June Lake locations: $100 each way. If you don t see something you need, ask us. We may have it hidden somewhere, or we may be able to acquire it for you.
