NEIDLEIN ULTRA-LIVE CENTERS SATISFY ULTRA-PRECISION REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION High-thrust operation NEIDLEIN ultra-live centers are suited for high thrust producing processes, such as heavy-duty turning, large workpiece cutting, high-precision grinding, or operation combined with a face driver. High-performance bearings The bearings incorporated in NEIDLEIN ultra-live centers carry a high thrust load (in the direction of the end face) and a radial load, as well as enabling high-speed rotation. Protection of bearings Special seals for high speed and a full-cover front cap protect the bearings incorporated in a NEIDLEIN ultra-live center from chips and coolant. High precision NEIDLEIN ultra-live centers assure an accuracy within 0.002 mm. Hardened center point The center points of NEIDLEIN ultra-live centers are hardened to a Rockwell hardness C-scale factor of 60 to assure high quality maintained over a prolonged period Tool suited for production with precision NEIDLEIN ultra-live centers satisfy today's severe requirements for production.
