When calculating the weight of a curtain the fullness ratio of the curtain must be taken into account: Weight of the curtain = fabric weight/ m² x curtain covered area x fullness ratio. How to use this selection chart Refer to the chart that corresponds to either the straight length or the curved track type required. Select the length of the curtain ( y axis). Select the required motor on the ( x axis). The maximum weight for the run using the chosen motor will be shown. If the required weight exceeds values shown on the chart the installation is not possible under those conditions. A safety factor has already been incorporated. Glydea 5 comes in 2 versions: DCT and WT, with nearquiet operation of 4dBA.
