NOTICE Subsequent to provisional allotment of the successful candidates in Sarva Haryana Gramin Bank by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection, Mumbai under CWE RRB-VI for the post of Officer Scale-I and their reporting in our Bank for Biometric verification, etc., on 19.03.2018, we are pleased to inform that letters of offer of appointment on the said post in our bank have been issued on 18.04.2018, inter-alia, on the following terms and conditions: 1. Candidates will be required to produce before joining the service of the Bank, the Medical Fitness Certificate issued by a Medical Officer not below the rank of a Civil Surgeon of Government Hospital; alongwith Satisfactory X-ray of your chest and Radiologist Report certifying that they are in a fit state of health and strong enough to perform the duties required of an Officer in the Bank. 2. At each stage of process, they have been advised that their candidature may be cancelled in case it is found that they do not satisfy the eligibility criteria stipulated in notification or if they have been found to have used unfair means. In case it is detected at any stage that they do not fulfill the eligibility norms and/or that they have furnished any incorrect/false information/certificate/documents or have suppressed any material fact(s) including past employment and antecedents, their candidature will stand cancelled. If any of these shortcomings is/are detected even after appointment in our Bank, their services are liable to be terminated. 3. The Bank shall have the right to allot any duties to them for which they may be considered competent and have the right to transfer them to any office/branch of the Bank or to send them to any other place where the business of the Bank may need their services. 4. Original Caste Certificate in prescribed format, in case they belong to SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer). Candidates seeking reservation under OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) are required to submit a certificate prescribed by Govt. of India i.e. FORM OF CERTIFICATE TO BE PRODUCED BY OTHER BACKWARD CLASSES APPLYING FOR APPOINTMENT TO POSTS UNDER THE GOVERNMENT OF INDIA. The OBC certificate, clearly containing the NON-CREAMY LAYER CLAUSE i.e. this is also certified that he/she does not belong to persons/sections (Creamy Layer) as mentioned in Column 3 of the schedule to the Government of India, Deptt. Of Personnel & Training O.M. No.36012/22/93-Estt.(SCT) dated 08.09.93, O.M. No. 36033/3/2004-Estt.(Res.) dated 09.03.2004 and O.M. No.36033/3/2004-Estt.(Res.) dated 14.10.2008. 5. They will be required to execute, before joining the Bank, a Bond for Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two lakh only) for serving the Bank for a minimum period of 03 years as per Annexure-I. In case, they resign from or leave/abandon the service and/or neglect in the performance of the duty assigned to them leading to termination of their service as per Rules and Regulations laid down by the Bank before specified period of three years; for all losses, charges and expenses, they will indemnify the Bank upto the extent of Bond amount of Rs.2,00,000/-, as stated above. The Bond must be Notarised on Stamp paper as per prevailing rates of States, where the Indemnity Bond is to be executed (e.g. in State of Haryana on Stamp Paper of Rs.150/- or as per rates prevailing in the Candidate s State). 6. Accordingly, the candidates, who have been offered appointment in our Bank on the post of Officer Scale-I have been advised to report at Head Office, SHGB House, Plot No.1, Sector-3,
Rohtak-124001 on 04.05.2018 at 09.30 AM/01.00 PM, as the case may be, for completion of pre-joining formalities and on fulfillment of the conditions as per Rules & Regulations of the Bank including Medical Checkup, etc. and on giving acceptance by them, they will be posted at any Branch/Office of the Bank at the point of need for on the job training. Further, it is to be noted that date of reporting/completion of pre-joining formalities will not be considered as date of appointment. 7. They have to bring Original Educational Qualification certificates/degrees including Computer literacy certificate/testimonials/mark sheets of all the examinations/all semesters passed by them and other Certificates in respect of age, caste, category etc. 8. They have to bring unqualified, unconditional and satisfactory discharge/release certificate/s, in original, from their previous employer/s as well as their present employer, if they are already employed. 9. Their date of appointment in the bank will be reckoned from the date they join the branch/ office allotted for on the job training of two weeks duration. 10. In case they fail to report on the said date, this Offer of Appointment will stand cancelled. 12. No TA/DA is claimable for joining the Bank. 13.
