Product Characteristic ZOOMLION ZLJ5500JQZ130H truck crane, integrating many years design and manufacturing experiences and different kinds of high-tech, is a new generation product with high performances, developed independently by our company in accordance with market trend and consumers demands. Main technical specifications, such as lifting height, boom length, working speed, lifting capacity, all have arrived the international advanced technical level. The complete vehicle makes a global purchase of complete set of products. This crane applies to lift work such as factory, mine, oil field, harbor and yard, construction site etc, as well as installation engineering, but not proper to work in high density of electromagnetic wave. This truck crane is a full slewing, electro-hydraulic proportional truck crane with telescoping boom. It adopts full-width six axles special-purpose chassis made by our company, which is with wide vision, comfortable seats, hydraulically powered steering makes operation convenient and maneuverable. This special-purpose chassis is twelve-by-six drive, among which front three axles are used for steering while rear three axles are used for driving. Since this truck crane adopts load feedback electro-hydraulic reversing valve and various variable plunger pump and open & close variation system, the executive body of it can give full play to its working performance and the hoisting, derricking, slewing and telescoping mechanisms of it realizes combination motions, which makes operation convenient, maneuverable, stable, reliable and realize stepless speed. Various safety devices in hydraulic system, such as safety valve, counterbalance valve, hydraulic lock, brake valve etc., which can avoid accident caused by breakage of oil pipe due to overloading. 3 Major Components on Superstructure Specification 3.1 Boom and Telescoping Mechanism Boom is high strength, low-alloy welded polygon structure, which has five sections. This boom being light deadweight can bear force properly, and has large rigid at side direction and small deflection on the end. Polygon boom with new self-initiated slide block which experiences a series of optimized design and reduces its deadweight drastically, and has favorable guidance quality and is adjustable can bear partial stress properly and prevent boom from deformation completely. It telescopes by two cylinders, which are with two grades synchronous telescoping mechanism. With the movement of the telescoping cylinder Ⅰ, it makes the 2nd section boom telescope. With the movement of the telescoping cylinderⅡ, it makes the 3rd, 4th and 5th section booms telescope synchronously. The telescoping mechanism has a compact structure and ensures reliable work. Balance valves are mounted on various cylinders. 3.2 Jib This product has two section jibs, the 1 st section jib is lattice structure which has good force condition and the 2 nd section jib is box structure which connects to the1 st section jib by an inserting pin. One section of length added boom is lattice structure, as the boom added length, it can increase the boom hoisting height, the fall is 4. It is for customer s option. Jib length: 10m+7m Length added boom: 7.5m 3.3 Slewing Table The slewing table is single-board ribbed structure and made of high strength steel plate. The distribution of boom and derricking articulation points is scientific, and consequently it can bear force properly. Besides it is unique organized and looks artistic. The ergonomics principles were embodies in hood s layout. There is an anti-slewing device which is used for prevent the superstructure from slewing during traveling in front of the slewing table. 3.4 Boom Top Single Sheave Boom top single sheave is located on boom top section on boom head and fixed by an inserting pin. When the crane is lifting light load with boom, boom top single sheave can be used for increasing the lifting speed, and thus improve the working efficiency. 3.5 Derricking Mechanism Derricking mechanism adopts a front mounted double cylinder which enables the boom angle to vary from -2 to 80. Balance valve on the cylinder can make derricking up/down steady. 5
3.6 Slewing Mechanism The axial plunger hydraulic motor drives the pinion mounted on its output axle to circle with the inner gear ring of the slewing ring through the planetary gear reducer, and thus turn the superstructure for 360 3.7 Hoisting Mechanism Hoisting Mechanism consists of main winch and auxiliary winch. It adopts the axial plunger hydraulic motor which drives the grooved roller to realize lifting working via the planetary reducer. There is a brake between the motor and the reducer. The main winch and the auxiliary winch can be controlled independently. 3.8 Main and Auxiliary Hooks There are five hook configure, ie., 130T;80T;50T;16T;10T. The basic hook configure is 130T; 50T;16T;10T, while the 80T hook is optional. 3.9 Operator s Cab All steel thin wall structure. Pitching angle is 20 and can be adjusted. In order to improve operator s field of vision, the operator s cab adopts two sections structure to ensure enough operation space. All instrument panel are located in the front of operator s cab. Two control handles are besides operator s seat. Operator s cab is with beautiful outlook and convenient operation. The ergonomics principles were embodies in operator s cab design. Besides, it is equipped with a cooling & heating A/C. 3.10 Outrigger H-outrigger is made of high strength low-alloy steel plate. The outrigger box and the outrigger beam are both box structure. The outrigger design adopts CAD simulated design and emulation calculation. The outrigger section has a favorable performance and loading capacity. By means of one grade synchronous telescoping outrigger beam, the large outrigger span ensures the excellent stability of complete vehicle. th The 5 outrigger is set in front of the chassis. It allows the crane work in all direction area. 3.11 Hydraulic System Hydraulic system adopts open and close combined variation system with less hydraulic loss, high working efficiency, high motion precision, reliable& stable running and stepless speed adjustment. The superstructure operation adopts electro-hydraulic proportional control and computer intergration control. The operation is comfortable with better jogging, which can realize complex movement. Besides, it also has functions, such as counterweight self installation and dismantling, operator s cab pitching angle adjustment, overload stopping and engine idle speed adjustment function. It also has characteristic of good brake stability and system reliability. 6
3.12 Electric System The electric system adopts data assemble line technology so as to decrease cable and fitting number to improve system reliability and maintenance. The system has emergency off-running vehicle function, the engine limit load control function and max speed limit function. The computer can effectively monitor and display relevant working parameter so as to analysis and handle. Besides, fault diagnosis can be conducted via computer. The accelerator is electro-controlled for easy operation. 3.13 Safety Equipment AML is set in the operator s cab. It gives an alarm and a indicator is on when actual lifting capacity reaches 90% of rated lifting capacity, warns when arrives rated lifting capacity, and stop the motion towards the dangerous direction. Digital LCD displays the following datum: Moment ratio, boom angle, boom length, working radius, actual lifting capacity, permissible lifting capacity and max. Permissible lifting height.
