A Vendr Stand Permit allws an pen-air use that is perated year rund which may be renewed annually and is limited t vendrs wh sell: Prepared fd and beverages Agricultural prducts such as prduce r hay Vendr stands must be less than 1000 square feet in size and maintain 25 feet in distance between uses. Stands must leave the prperty each day by 10:00 p.m. and may nt be returned until 5:00 a.m. the fllwing day excluding weekends (defined as 10:00 p.m. n Friday thrugh 5:00 a.m. the fllwing Mnday and natinal hlidays).
