The casing and cntrl mechanism are made f galvanised sheet steel. The centrally supprted damper blade, which cntrls the vlume flw rate, has a stainless steel bearing axis in special bushings. Adjustment device with rtary pinter, scale and lck fr the vlume flw rate set pint and can be adjusted manually r by actuatr. WRM vlume flw cntrllers are mechanical cntrllers fr cnstant vlume flw rates and d nt require an auxiliary pwer supply. A special cntrl mechanism guarantees cntrl accuracy ver the entire vlume flw range. Fr each mdel size, the vlume flw range is at least 5 times the minimum flw rate. Within this cntrl range, specified at Vmin and Vmax, the set pint fr the required vlume flw rate is adjustable. Grilles are made t custmer specified sizes and clurs (PPM/G); standard clur is PPM9010 (20% Glss White). This range is cmplemented by the Aircell range f plymer Grilles and Diffusers. DIFFUSERS A cmplete range f prducts designed t be installed in varius ceiling systems. Mst diffusers are made frm aluminium, and can be rdered with r withut plenum chambers fr easy cnnectin t duct wrk. Diffusers can be rdered in custmer specified (PPM/G) clurs; standard clur is PPM 9010 (20% Glss White). This range is cmplemented by the Aircell range f plymer Grilles and Diffusers. ACTIVE AND PASSIVE CHILLED BEAMS The finest quality range f high utput active beams, used fr ventilated heating and cling applicatins. These units have 4 pipe cils t allw heating and cling circuits t run simultaneusly, giving cnstant and respnsive cntrl. The design allws a large ptimum capacity, and als allws the custmer t specify the nzzle type and pitch fr individual circumstances. Active beams are made frm steel t a large range f custmer specified sizes and as such are suitable fr varius different ceiling systems. Standard finish is PPM 9010, hwever ther (PPM/G) clurs are available n request. AIR VOLUME CONTROL DAMPERS A cmplete range f pressure independent Variable Air Vlume and Cnstant air Vlume dampers. Mst vlume dampers are regulated with an electrnic mtr and sensrs, and are calibrated t custmer specificatins befre delivery. The cnstant air vlume damper requires n pwer surce as it is cntrlled via a mechanical device it is als calibrated befre delivery. All vlume dampers are made frm Zintec plate and all units can be rdered with a single r duble skin (with insulatin). EXTERNAL LOUVRES A quality range f prducts fr external wall applicatins. Made frm aluminium, with birdscreen r insect screen ptins. All luvres are made t custmer specified sizes and (PPM/G) clurs; standard clur is PPM 9006 DISPLACEMENT A cmplete range f diffusers fr displacement air distributin prviding high ventilatin efficiency with excellent cmfrt. The very lw pressures invlved als ffer quiet installatins. Diffusers are available as wall r flr munted, r indeed integrated within the architectural design.
