(CFU, Cmmn Assessment, Weekly Cre Assessments). 100% f MW students, K-5 th grades success percentage f a given SLO by DOL will increase by a minimum f ½ a grade level by December 12, 2014 and a minimum f 1 grade level by May 22, 2015. 100% f MW students, K-5 th grades success percentage f given SLOs n assessments (weekly, bi-weekly, r six weeks) will increase by a minimum f ½ grade level by December 12, 2014 and a minimum f 1 grade level by May 22, 2015. 80% f MW students in each grade level, K-5 th, will pass all cre Fall ACPs with a minimum f 80%. 80% f MW students in each grade level, K-5 th, will pass all cre Spring ACPs with a minimum f 80%. 80% f MW students in 3 rd -5 th grades will pass STAAR Reading, Math, and 5 th grade Science tests. 100 % f MW teachers fr Kinder-5 th grades will have implemented the web-based All In Learning system with clickers in the classrm t mnitr real-time student academic success n given SLOs by December 2014.

Cllabrating with the AIL cmmittee, will develp a calendar t include interventin strategies fr targeted SLOs per cre per grade level, implementatin f specific SLO assessments (Q&A, CFU, weekly, bi-weekly, unit exam, and cmmn assessments), fllw-up dates with data, and develp trend-sptting fr mastered and nnmastered SLOs. Uplad all MW students and teachers int the AIL web-based system, Prvide prfessinal develpment fr AIL web-based system, which will be nging as needed in bth individual and grup settings. Prvide teacher accunts fr each teacher frm Kinder-5 th grade t lgin and access AIL web-based platfrm. Prvide each teacher with AIL dcumentatin With AIL cmmittee members, create a system f CFUs and ther assessments directly related t ACP (Fall and Spring). Cnduct mnthly surveys (Fall Semester nly; quarterly surveys starting the spring semester) fr teacher feedback and review with AIL cmmittee members t mnitr the implementatin f the daily/weekly SLO success tracking and make revisins accrdingly. (Fall- Sept, Oct, Nv., Dec. (tward the end f the mnth); Spring- Feb/Mar.2015, Apr./May 2015).
