Laboratory Accreditation Laboratory operations of Runningland Metrology & Testing (Shanghai) Company have met the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2005 "General Requirements for Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories", (CNAS-CL01"Testing and Calibration Laboratory Competence Accreditation Criteria"). Runningland was accredited by CNAS (China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment) with registration No. CNAS L5287. To demonstrate professionalism and competence in carrying out specified testing, measurement and calibration, CNAS provides the means of determining, recognizing and promoting the competence of laboratories. To ensure participation and meet international standards, 44 national bodies including the former China National Accreditation committee for Laboratories (now replaced by CNAS), signed a Memorandum of Understanding on September 1996. During 2000 and 2001, CNACL have signed the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation ILAC Mutual Recognition Arrangement and three years later, CNAL have signed ILAC-MRA. CNACL was later replaced by CNAS as China s National Accreditation committee and carries forth the MRA-ILAC signatory. ASTM Proficiency Testing To continuously operate as a world-class laboratory, Runningland periodically and consistently participated in the inter-laboratory crosscheck programs mediated by ASTM. Oil Proficiency Examination & Training The Shanghai Lubricant Association has held the 12th Exam of Oil for Junior Level Training on Apr. 15, 2011 at Runningland Metrology & Testing (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. The samples, under client discretion, are brought back to the main laboratory for more detailed testing and analysis after initial field-testing have been done. JF-1A-HH Handheld Conductivity Meter Hydro-Light JF-WA1 ASTM D2624 ASTM D3240 This test method determines electrical conductivity of aviation and distillate fuels with and without static dissipator additives. The equipment provides measurement of the conductivity when the fuel is uncharged, or in other words at rest. This test method measures for undissolved water in aviation turbine fuels in flowing fuel streams. This process avoids exposing the fuel sample to atmosphere or conditions within a sample container that might alter test results.
