Mixed Flow Pump type TR

Constructional Features Vertical single and multi-stage mixed flow pumps for wet pit installation. Standardised asembly groups: suction, casing, column pipe, discharge bend, rotor and driver support. Optimum adaption to individual installation and working conditions by means of standard dised column lenghts. (sea assembly arrangements). Range of application The mixed flow pump TR is suitable for pumping clean and treated liquids such as: Cooling water pumps For power stations, refineries, industrial and chemical plants. Raw water pumps For irrigation and drainage plants (i.e. water pumping stations, high water pumping stations, irrigation plants, sluice pumpling stations, dry docks). Rain water pumps For sewage plants. Fire pumps For fire pumps installations. Performance range Capacity Q = up to 10.000 m3/h Head H = up to 150 m Speed n = up to 1.500 r.p.m..: P. 1 :.

TECHNICAL DATA Impeller Semi axial single inlet opened or closed design according to specific speed with helicoidal vanes. Hidraulically balanced by means of holes in the impeller hub. The closed type can be optionally equiped with impeller wear rings. Radial and thrust bearings in the driver pedestal The weight of the pump rotor and the hydraulic thrust is supported by axial antifriction bearing amply dimensioned. Next to this bearing another ball bearing is installed as support to the radial stress in this size of the pump. Both bearing are oil lubricated tilting pad type. Depending on the axial thrust the bearings housing will be supplied with cooling. In normal working conditions the bearings lifetime is at least 30.000 hours. Plain bearings Pump casing Casing consists of suction bellmouth, and diffusor vane casing, with replaceable casing wear rings. Transmission shaft Designed for working below the first critical velocity. The shafts are conected with the radial bearings and stuffing box, the shafts are protected with sleeves. Shaft sealing is assured by an easily accesible stuffing boxes in the discharge bend. Pump rotor is radially supported by plain bearings located in the pump casing and in the spider between the column piping. Two plain bearing can be applied: a) Grease lubricated bronze bearings b) Water lubricated rubber bearings Coupling Standard three part flexible coupling are installed, with this coupling type pumps and motor can be uncoupled without needing to remove the motor of its emplacement. Driver and direction of rotation The dirve can be obtained equally by means of an electrical motor, turbine or explosion engine.
