KRP91 Natural convection Tender specification, range available and sizes Tender specification Version KRP91 Natural Convection Ready-to-install floor pan for the floor area. Operating principle natural convection. Operating principle Cold air from the window area and cool room air drop in the floor pan. The air is heated by the heat register, becomes lighter and rises. Due to the installation in front of window areas a specific shielding against cold air is provided. For more information, see chapter "General information". Sturdy floor pan made of galvanised sheet steel, coated in anthracite grey (RAL 7016), external, adjustable and acoustically decoupled height adjustments (pre-installed). Heat register consisting of copper pipes and aluminium fins, anthracite grey (RAL7016) coated and mounted in transversal steel girders made of galvanised sheet steel, acoustically decoupled. Standard on the face or room side euro taper connection with union nut ( 3 / 4 internal thread) and air vent. Suitable for a max. operating pressure of 10 bar (optionally 16 bar) and a max. operating temperature of 110 C. Aluminium linear as standard. Acoustic decoupling through placement of the aluminium linear on rubber elements in the floor pan. Consisting of sturdy longitudinal profile bars, natural colour anodised, with profile bar dimensions of 16 x 6 mm. Grille with a total height of 20 mm and an open crosssection of 60%. Including installation cover and edge bar protection for protecting the trench convectors during the construction phase. Heat outputs tested and determined in acc. with Pr DIN EN 164, Part 1 and 2. QA system certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008. Environmental management system according to DIN EN ISO 14001:2004. Suitable for closed water heating systems in accordance with DIN 18380 and water quality in accordance with VDI 2035, ÖNORM H5195 and SWKI BT 102-01. Operating conditions: Hot water up to 110 C Operating pressure: Test pressure: Max. 10 bar (optionally 16 bar high-pres- sure-version) 13 bar (21 bar) Ascotherm eco KRP91 General Trench convectors find application in private residential areas, in conservatories, in offices and administration buildings, in showrooms as well as in business premises.
