Preface CARMEN WÜRTH FORUM is marketed, partially operated and provided to third parties for usage by Adolf Würth GmbH & Co.KG (hereinafter referred to as Würth). In case of failures of technical supplies, Würth shall be informed immediately. Würth shall not be liable for loss and damages arising from these failures, unless in the event of gross negligence of a legal representative or agent. In case of claims for damages to life, body and health, Würth shall only be liable in accordance with statutory regulations in the event of intent and negligence. 1.1 Great Hall 1.1.1 Seating in the stands: approx. 624 seats (incl. 12 wheelchair spaces) in the stalls depending on form of seating (with or without tables): up to approx. additional 1,450 seats 1.1.2. Geometry Length: 45 m Width: 22 m Area: 990 m² Clearance: 9 m 1.1.3 Floor load capacity The floor is resistant to usual loads and to access by vehicles. Vehicle tires (e.g. forklift or lifting platform) must be white. 1.1.4 Ceiling load capacity 11 rails in east-west direction, with 6 chain hoists each and a max. individual load of 1.25 t, i.e. a total of 7.5 t per rail and a total load of 82.5 t for the entire ceiling. If necessary, the halls are either heated or cooled during events. 1.2 Reinhold Würth Hall 1.2.1 Seating plans Stalls: 429 to 464 seats (depending on stage size) Gallery: 116 seats Total: 545 to 580 seats 1.2.2 Stage The stage in Reinhold Würth Hall consists of three height-adjustable elevating platforms and a nonmoving center part. It has a square shape measuring approx. 13.00 m in width and approx. 9.00 m in depth. Delivery of decoration etc. can be made from the supply area via directly adjacent corridors and a freight elevator (see 1.2.4) and/or via the last hall platform. Above the stage at a height of 10.00 m above top hall level, there is the ribbed ceiling of Reinhold Würth Hall. For mounting decoration, lighting equipment, curtains etc., a system of line sets is fastened to selected rib areas across the entire hall and stage area.
