This makes a perfect fit on display products difficult to achieve, especially when the fabric is tensioned. Products in the Euro range are designed to accommodate these variances by incorporating tension adjusters, ensuring a excellent fit every time. Unique fittings encourage customer loyalty Flags and banners manufactured to fit the Euro range of display poles incorporate our unique connector plug fastening. This small but special feature enhances the appearance and usability of the product, and also ensures the display will only support flags and banners fitted with it, ensuring repeat business. Connector plugs are available in bags of 25 and 100. Purpose designed components provide functionality and value The unique flag and banner shapes featured in the Euro range are achieved through the use of purpose designed components. Wherever possible these components are designed for common usage over a number of products, allowing for many attractive and cost effective display variations. Innovation in materials Design excellence can only be achieved with high quality materials. We refuse to compromise in this vital area. Our injection moulded plastic components are tested and proven. We choose from a range of high grade plastic types to best suit the component s function. For example, the fibreglass rod joiners are made from high strength glass reinforced nylon, the general fittings are made from high density UV stabilised PVC, and durable low friction polypropylene is used for bearing surfaces. Fibreglass rod are used in many of our products. The rods are manufactured using a unidirectional pultrusion process and are made from quality materials (epoxy resin and glass filaments). The result is a high performance flexible rod providing strength, durability and fatigue resistance. Aluminium tubing We use tempered aluminium for our display poles.
