Ltd.) and the Company s name is changed from Guru Gobind Singh Refinery Ltd to HPCL-Mittal Energy Ltd. 1017 km pipeline & Crude Oil Terminal (COT) commissioned and marketing network established. Receipt of the first batch of crude oil. GGSR dedicated to the Nation by the then Hon ble Prime Minister of India. Refinery fully commissioned and commercial production begins. First sale of the petrochemical PP (polypropylene). First year of full throughput (>9MMTPA during FY-14). Achieved highest ever crude throughput of 119% of the nameplate capacity during FY-17.
