A total of 84 individual controllable LEDs per headlamp adjust the light distribution depending on the traffic, weather, and road conditions. The integrated adaptive High Beam Assistant Plus also ensures that high beam is used more frequently, therefore offering greater safety and comfort. Recently the trendsetting design of the headlamp won the Red Dot Award. Safety plus, glare-free high beam Sidney Hoffmann is a very well-known celebrity car tuning expert in Germany. He even has his own TV show named The PS Pro (German: Die PS Profis). Sidney is highly talented. He started tuning his first car since the age of 16. Sidney studied mechanical engineering in Germany and his studies were funded by repairing vehicles. Trendsetting design wins the Red Dot Design Award Apart from its high functionality, the second generation MULTIBEAM LED headlamp in the Mercedes-Benz E-Class with high-end lighting technology appears in a completely new design which won the prestigious Red Dot Award in the Product Design category 2016. The award also takes account of the two light guides which generate the direction indicators, daytime running lights and position lights in the beacon design typical of the Mercedes Benz brand. Additional visual effects are created by the blue Coming-Home light which welcomes the driver as soon as they open the car with the car key or their smartphone. The striking key component of the headlamp is the precision LED module which is framed by two light guide arms and surrounded by a blue turbine light. First headlamp with variable configurable low beam and high beam The precision LED module has 84 LEDs arranged in three lines which can each be controlled individually. This allows the light pixels which can be controlled individually to create an extremely precise and highly variable light distribution in the entire area lit up by the high beam and for the first time also by the low beam without having to use mechanical actuator units. This means that the dynamic bend lighting being implemented purely by electronics is a world premiere. Here, variable dimming of individual pixels adapted to suit each situation allows the light focus in the particular setting to be shifted so that the driver's attention is directed towards the course of the bend. Using new materials In the MULTIBEAM LED headlamp, the primary optics of the lens system positioned directly in front of the light source is made for the first time of a transparent silicone plastic specially developed for this project. In contrast to the thermoplastic plastics used until now, the material is resistant to the high energy radiation of LEDs. In addition to that, in contrast to glass, it can be machined much more precisely and thus meets the high demands made by the minimal tolerances in the manufacturing process.

The Genius CAB Concept is developed for manufacturers operating in the field of construction machines and agricultural technology, as well as manufacturers of industrial forklift trucks and floor conveyors. In April 2016, the Genius CAB was awarded the bauma Innovationspreis innovation award in the category Design in a festive ceremony at Allerheiligen-Hofkirche church in Munich. It was awarded for the eleventh time in five categories - machine, component, building/construction methods and research and design for its contribution to energy and resource efficiency, sustainability and/or to the humanization of the work environment. HELLA LED worklights for clearer view - Adapted using the matrix technology used in the automotive sector, the worklights are split into several reflectors and every segment can be dimmed down or up. Light beam can be controlled non-mechanically to achieve optimum light distribution. Furthermore, the integrated HELLA ZEROGLARE technology prevents the driver from being dazzled by reflections. The worklights are integrated directly into the cab structure, thus no view obstruction to the driver. SignaturLight is impressive in appearance - The SignaturLight lends the Genius CAB a striking appearance. It consists of LED light strips encased in an impact-resistant silicon element and signature modules integrated into the ROPS (roll-over protection) structure. Efficient system Integration - The system integration plays an important role in interior lighting. In addition to the ambient lighting and reading light functions, displays for the access control and visual checkback signals from the ultrasonic sensors have been integrated. Intelligent radio remote control for use in harsh conditions - The radio remote control enables the user to activate other functions, such as worklights or other lamps. Additionally, the illuminated door handle indicates whether the doors are locked or unlocked. The HELLA transponder is a further innovation that allows user profiles to be configured in various ways for higher fleet management flexibility. Robust electronic accelerator pedal - The robust electronic accelerator pedal is developed using the wear-free measuring principle of the HELLA CIPOS sensor, thus leading to very low mechanical wear. Smart rain/light sensor - The HELLA rain sensor detects a variety of rain situations and controls the windshield wipers with little intervention from the driver. The HELLA light sensor controls when the low beam is switched on or off under different light conditions. The staging of this Cup was first launched in 2015. Following the successful season opener and the equally successful completion of the Audi Sport TT Cup's first season in 2015 against a backcloth of extensive media interest, the coming season has been eagerly awaited. Last year was the first time that Audi held a one-make Cup also in Germany, i.e. the Audi Sport TT Cup which was staged under the auspices of the DTM, the Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters. The year of 2016 will see fourteen races in all being staged at six DTM events and at the 24-hour race held at the Nürburgring. The 24 cars will be prepared and put forward on a centralized basis - a system guaranteeing the maximum amount of equal opportunities. "The car with the Number 23 driven by Philip Ellis in the meantime boasts the logo of Hella Pagid," explains Madeleine Korthues proudly, Marketing Manager at HELLA PAGID. With this new Audi TT race series, the make with the Four Rings is offering young talented drivers career opportunities in the world of the company's successful motor sport. The exceptionally light body, the 4-cylinder TFSI engine and the 6-speed gearbox all originate from the series in a virtually unchanged state and, as such, they form the perfect basis for a racing car. "Furthermore all the Audi TTs involved are fitted with PAGID RACING brake linings," Madeleine Korthues added. "We are very pleased to be supporting the Audi Sport TT Cup, a definite public favorite, this season and we wish the entire team and every single driver all imaginable success."
