NAVYA is specialized in the development and the conception of 100% autonomous, driverless and electric transport solutions for the first and last miles. NAVYA is a world leader in smart mobility and provides since September 2015 its self-driving shuttle : the NAVYA ARMA O U R S H A R E H O L D E R S NAVYA.5

A B O U T N A V Y A The Company Presence on all continents One of the most experienced R&D team in the world : more than +200 000 engineering manhours +130 people in the NAVYA team 30 million euro capital increase (October 2016) Purpose of the capital increase : keep on investing in the R&D to stay ahead in the field of autonomous vehicles and accelerate the international business development. Strategic agreements signing with key partners (October 2016) VALEO : Technology partnership KEOLIS : Deployment partnership GROUP8 : Distribution partnership 6. NAVYA

Our Solution One of the latest driverless technology already on the market 45 vehicles deployed worldwide (June 2017) Operations in France, USA, Switzerland, Qatar, New-Zealand, Australia and Singapore (June 2017) More than 170 000 passengers transported (June 2017) NAVYA.7

Vision Large cities and agglomerations are developing massively. A study of the ONU claims that by 2030, the city population should pass 60% of world population, and 70% by 2050. This galloping urbanization implies the birth of political and lifestyle changes : Development of green transportation, car-share services However, current solutions cannot answer the challenges and opportunities posed by growing urban flows. Autonomous vehicles are the most relevant solution to answer the new challenges of the world cities. 8. VISION

Missions Improve service on the first and last miles Increase the capillarity of the transport system Serve new areas thanks to a new economic model MISSIONS.9

D E P L O Y M E N T In Cities NAVLY L Y O N - F R A N C E In the city of Lyon, on the public road, 2 NAVYA ARMA are operating and carry people from the Monday to the Friday by the river. The NAVLY experimentation is led by NAVYA and KEOLIS and supported by The Métropole de Lyon and Sytral (responsible for all transport solutions in the Lyon Metropolitan area). The path is 1,3 kilometer long and composed of 5 stops allowing to serve the different buildings of the district. CARPOSTAL S I O N - S W I T Z E R L A N D 2 NAVYA ARMA are operating in the town centre of Sion in real traffc conditions. PostBus (CarPostal), the leading bus company in Switzerland s public transport network, offers residents and visitors the possibility to be carried by driverless shuttles every days except on Monday. 12. IN CITIES

RAC INTELLIBUS P E R T H - A U S T R A L I A In Perth, a NAVYA ARMA is operating on the public road. Thanks to the shuttle, the Royal Automobile Club of Australia aims to help members of the community, Government and industry consider the potential impact and opportunities of automated vehicle technology. SMART TRANSPORT D O H A - Q A T A R In Doha, the Qatari holding company GROUP8, has deployed trough its associate company SmartTransport one NAVYA ARMA vehicle. This vehicle enables SmartTransport to demonsrate the benefits of the NAVYA ARMA on various sites : the Aspire zone (Sports and Education resort), the campus of the Qatar University and the Hamad Port. IN CITIES.13

D E P L O Y M E N T On Private Sites EDF CIVAUX C I V A U X - F R A N C E A fleet of 6 NAVYA ARMA shuttles is in operation at the EDF nuclear power plant of Civaux, France. All year round, the shuttles are carrying the 1200 employees of the electricity provider with a frequence of passage of 5 minutes instead of 15 minutes before. A worldwide first on an industrial site. NANYANG TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY N A N Y A N G - S I N G A P O R E In Singapore, one NAVYA ARMA vehicle, acquired by the Nanyang Technological University, is operating on its campus. The vehicle could soon be deployed on a wider scale to include tourist destinations and industrial parks. NAVYA and NTU signed a partnership agreement highlighting the collective goals of both parties to promote projects and programmes linked to autonomous vehicles. 14. PRIVATE SITES

MCITY M I C H I G A N - U S A In Ann Arbor (USA), NAVYA has joined forces with the University of Michigan s Mobility Transformation Center (MTC) to bring the first NAVYA ARMA, 100% driverless, completely electric autonomous shuttle vehicle to the United States at Mcity, the University of Michigan s world renowned research center and proving ground for autonomous vehicles, making it the only European shuttle bus on the site. CHRISTCHURCH AIRPORT C H R I S T C H U R C H - N E W Z E A L A N D A NAVYA ARMA shuttle is operating on the airport s private roads to experiment how driverless vehicles will transform passengers experience. The purpose then is to shift to public roads to link key areas around the airport. HMI Technologies, a world leader in Smart Transport Systems and the International Airport of New Zealand s second biggest city, Christchurch, are leading this two year trial. RENAULT TRUCKS L Y O N - F R A N C E A NAVYA ARMA shuttle transported the employees of the truck manufacturer on the industrial site of Saint- Priest (FR). This was an opportunity for the employees of Renault Trucks to discover the technology of the autonomous vehicles and its benefits for an industrial site. PRIVATE SITES.15
