These enable optimization of different treatment methods, and provide an ergonomic and comfortable working environment. Last but not least, they also contribute to providing maximum safety and comfort for the patient. Some more integrated accessories can be retrofitted on site by a qualified technician. A few are factory installed and upgrade is not possible after the table is delivered. CUSHIONS AND MAINTENANCE Cushions There are cushions in several standard colors, and colors can also be specially ordered. TRANSPORT OF THE TABLE Electrical brake* The mechanical pedals are replaced with buttons on the hand control if the table is equipped with electric brakes and directional lock. Convenient and easier especially when there is limited space. For model R6 och R7 Code 140-00256-00 Driving handles backrest (fixed) Facilitates the transport of the table with or without patient. Mounted on accessory rails and can be adjusted in height. Fixed driving handles are suitable if it is important that they are always ready to be used and it works with the space they occupy. ADAPTATION FOR THE PATIENT Width extension back Used for pressure release and to improve comfort for large or tall patients. Mounted on the accessory rail on the backrest. Extension pad for the back height is used when the headrest is far extended. They are mounted on the metal frame of the seat and are available for both the right and left side. They extend the leg cushion and provide greater comfort for tall patients. Special mattresses Special mattresses of different thicknesses in "slow recovery" material for greater comfort e.g. during longer anesthesia surgery. Available as a complete cushion 170 cm for model R7 and is used when the table is in flat or almost flat position. These include the raising and lowering of the table and changing the angle of the backrest. The holder is flexible and has a rotating head that makes it easy to use. Headrest electrical* Useful when the angle between the patient's head and the microscope is to be fine-tuned and the headrest is covered and sterile. Right joystick on foot control 140-00230-01 adjusts the headrest. The same settings are also available on the controller. Code 140-00229-00 * Option when ordering a new table Wrist support Wrist support is used to provide relief to the surgeon's arms during surgery. It is built around a folding frame that can be adjusted in height, depth and width. Is fitted with an adapter on the headrest mechanism which makes it easy to install and remove as needed. Code 140-00242-01 for standard headrest Code 140-00242-02 for soft headrest Headrest Soft Tray for Rinis Soft Pillow mounted on the standard weightless headrest. Also includes an attachment rail on the side for optional wrist support. The pillow is made of "slow recovery" material and popular for longer anesthesia surgery. Code 140-00270-00 (tray) Code 140-00270-01 (pillow) Headrest Rubens pillow Tray for Rubens pillow mounted on a special mechanism for length adjustment. The tray can easily be adjusted up and down with a handle. "Rubens pillow" is a soft and wide pillow for the patient's head and at the same time relieving the surgeon's wrists. Attachment rails seat In addition to standard attachment rails on each side of the back there is an option to have rails on the seat. These are useful and increase flexibility where mounting different accessories on the table. Ordered per piece. The adjustment of the armrest is easily done with one hand. The armrest can be mounted on the right or left side of the backrest.
