CONSTRUCTION FETURES OF TE ELECTRONICS: MCE/C INVERTER MCE/C inverters are the latest technological achieveent of the DB inverter range. They represent a new generation of inverters for use with circulation pups, and set theselves apart due to ease of use, power, siplicity of installation and anageent. MCE/C inverters have been designed for anaging circulation pups. By allowing a siple adjustent of the differential pressure, they give the possibility of adjusting the perforance of the circulation pup to the actual syste requireents. They are fitted on the fan cover of the otor. This akes the installation of the pup with MCE/C particularly easy and quick. The protection class of the MCE/C is IP. The easy of prograing is guaranteed by the use of a siple and intuitive interface, siilar to Dialogue electronic circulators, and a graphic display. MCE/C inverters have a double icro-processor construction that guarantees axiu efficiency and reliability. reliable and sturdy construction, together with a odern and innovative design, coplete the product, also in ters of aesthetic value. MCE/C inverters protect the otor and the pup, and increase their life, by eliinating haering effects and aking the pup rotate at the iniu nuber of rotations capable of eeting the requireents of the user. In addition, electric pups controlled by the MCE/C inverter are environentally friendly. In fact, by ensuring that the pup only uses the power that is strictly necessary for eeting the needs of the users, electricity consuption is strongly reduced when copared with fixed speed pups. The calibration and the odification of the paraeters are protected, and can only be copleted by expert users. 1 - ΔP-c constant differential pressure adjustent ode The ΔP-c adjustent ode keeps the differential pressure of the syste constantly at the (setp) value set, even in case of variation of the flow rate. This is the standard adjustent used. It can be set directly fro the MCE/C control panel. The inverter keeps the differential pressure ( setp) constant even in case of flow variation. setp This adjustent is particularly indicated for the following systes: a. two-pipe heating systes with therostat valves b. underfloor heating systes with therostat valves c. single-pipe heating systes with therostat valves and calibration valves d. systes with priary circuit pups - Constant curve adjustent odes.1 - Constant curve adjustent Max The rotation speed is kept at a constant nuber of revolutions. This rotation speed can be set between a iniu value and the noinal frequency of the circulation pup (e.g. between 1 z and z). This ode can be set using the control panel on the MCE cover. Min Max. - djustent of the constant curve with external analogue signal The rotation speed is kept at a constant nuber of revolution in proportion with the voltage of the external analogue signal. The rotation speed changes in a linear way, between the noinal frequency of the pup when Vin = V, and the iniu frequency when Vin = V. This ode can be set using the control panel on the MCE cover.
